I expected it, I don't think he's as good a center as Elflein - Elflein has been my top center from the start - but he's more versatile than Elflein and teams really value that

Same here.  I really want Elflein and if he's gone then Feeney but I really like both of them as an  OL for our next pick or the one after.

  2. I really love what we did so far.  Bowser as our pass rush specialist behind Suggs to rotate with him.  He can cover so he will be a true 3rd down threat and he isn't small but he has room to grow and gain some lean quick-twitch muscle to increase his weight.  Then, you have Humphrey as the zone CB to get the INT with Jimmy Smith and Tavon Young.  This is with Jefferson and Weddle back there at safety and Williams in the middle to keep Mosley and Correa clean.

I can't believe I am agreeing with you--this must be why the forum is ending.  Yeah, I don't see Correa at all here.  Correa was unrefined and didn't really pop to me.  I never got behind that pick.  I just don't see it as an OLB pass rusher.  Maybe an ILB if you keep him clean using Brandon Williams.  I think Bowser is on another level.

I don't think they were after pure edge rusher. Last year they passed on Spence, this on Williams and Lawson (granted, he is injury suspect).

I don't think we want a DPR but we want a DPR who can develop into Suggs.  I see that in Bowser, actually.

Pretty underwhelming pick. Feels like an admission we blew it with KC last year. Better pass rushers left on the board.

Better than a depth rusher, but the first statement is why I love him.

    NO WAY..

correa isn't close to the athelete...correa has no bend and short arms.

Bowser was heck and neck with willis for me. Bowsers first step is deadly.

The best thing is you also have to realize we literally had our pick of all the OLBs in this 2nd round and we took Bowser over all of them.  Yes, over Tim Williams and Carl Lawson, so I trust the Ravens on this one because they didn't get sniped.

Now I can share my excitement.  Prospect crush 1 of 2 acquired!

Lol yeah I knew you'd be happy.  I'm glad we got him because he's got a ton of potential.  He needs work but man can he be a great player.  He only has to learn behind Suggs, too. He can be a situational passer this year and then next year he can be more.  I like the move...also, don't forget the name value.

I think there's a legit chance we have a top 5 defense and bottom 5 offense next year

I think we will now hit offense hard.  I see our next 3 picks probably being offense.  I am thinking we take a WR and a OL with the next two.  I would freak out if we got Elfein with one of our next picks.

  7. I don't know about anyone else, but I hope Ozzie has his choice of Tim Williams, Jordan Willis, Tyvus Bowser, and Derek Rivers.  I want him to pick the guy he likes the best.  I want no excuses if he misses on the prospect and I want him to get his top choice of the group.  I'm hoping they're all there and let Ozzie get the guy he wants.

Neither of them is worth 2nd round pick

Hard to say because Rivers has a ton of athletic potential.  I feel like he's more of a 3rd round pick, so I think he fits at our first 3rd round pick, but I am a bit reluctant to go for him right here.  That said, he's got scary potential.
