Yeah, true. I'm not sure I can say we "probably" would've taken him but I will say we covet picks too much and it makes us hold onto picks when you need to go for the throat. Sadly, it's understandable since part of the problem is the late picks are where we have the most success. So it's a question of if you want to give up the area where you actually succeed to improve an area where you haven't lately.

We probably would've taken Jones but the Ravens weren't about to trade up for him. That's the real issue here--not recognizing where to trade up.

Same here and this is why I just have big reservations on taking him. He has the talent but the injuries are a real red flag for me. He's like Ross. He's got talent and you know he could be a devastating player but you also just don't know if he will be healthy.

I can't see Lamp falling past Chargers but I would love it if he does.

I didn't know the WR coach for the Bills was the WR coach at ECU who coached Zay Jones. That makes even more sense now that I know that information. That's an ideal fit that should've been telegraphed lol.

I actually think Robinson is a pretty good prospect. I know people love to hate on that guy and he's my least favorite 1st round prospect but I would've been more than fine with him in the 2nd round. He's great value here. He has the potential to be sure.

Yeah, Jones would be a great get for me. I love that kid. If he is there at our 3rd round pick I would strongly consider him. It would be hard to pass on him. He also has those balls skills--serious ball skills. Yep, I like a lot of these guys for us. Williams is a guy I am iffy on but I like him. I'd throw Derek Rivers in this group, too. Rivers and Willis are two of my top guys for us at OLB as well as Bowser. Yeah that and Pittsburgh just got Watt and CLE drafted Garrett and you know our entire division will likely draft at least another pass rusher in this draft.

That's who I was thinking. Shoot, I would even strongly consider King if he's still there at our 2nd round pick. Imagine having a secondary of King, Smith, Humphrey, Carr and Young. Wow. That's just CBs, too.

I really want Lamp but I think there's a snowball's chance he makes it to us. He would be a great pick for me. I'm not a big fan of Robinson but I wouldn't even argue him as our 2nd round pick TBH. I do want a pass rusher really really bad though. We're definitely going to need to take a pass rusher with our second or our first 3rd round pick.

What do you think we'll do? I wouldn't be surprised if the Ravens even took another CB and shocked the world. That would be a page totally out of GB and MIN book since they did this same stuff as well with success in the past.

Yeah I like Bowser a lot. He's a touch light but I like him quite a bit and I think he could be a real player for us.

Honestly I'd kick Yanda to RT and put Lamp at RG and draft Elfein for center and leave Lewis if that's the plan
