  1. YeahI didn't like Ellis one bit
  2. True. He's better than a box of chocolates that some got.
  3. Well I'm not fond of the Tuck pick but it's not because I dislike him or even think he's bad value. I just value another Giants DL player significantly more due to versatility and current talk from the team. If Arnie needed an OLB he would be gone. With that said I didn't neg the pick
  4. More like SteelersProphet
  5. After reviewing your roster and needs I find it unlikely unless you take a player I have rated lower than others.
  6. I wasn't worried about you taking Kerry. The one who worried me most was Ravens<3 who took Griffin. You concerned me with X and my concerns were realized.
  7. Oh whatever. Rich get richer. I'm going to get you back. When I took my calculated risk by passing on Rhodes to get Rhodes I figured Kerry had less of a chance to make it to me. I targeted you as one of the ones who would take him.
  8. Man what the heck. This sucks. Man can't catch a break.
  9. I'm very much ready to pick when it's Arnie's turn. I have a good list for a big board. Just let me know when
  10. Sounds like you're getting old!!! Lol. Just kidding.
  11. I understand and respect that and I personally do the same thing. You need a blend of youth & veterans. With that said, I still would have gone with Moore, lol. To be honest (and I get it; I would've done the same thing) I think you're blinded by your love for him as a player and a Steeler. I get it. If Lewis was still here, I probably would have taken him very early even after what I've seen from him. The mind is still great even if the body isn't. With that said, I won't debate this any further. Your pick and your opinion. I completely respect it. I'm just giving you my perspective. I'm not really trying to debate it and never wanted to do that, so I figured I'd stop early lol. I do like Heyward a lot. I think he's really underrated.
  12. I don't disagree. I could care less about him returning to form. My point is, between William Moore and Troy Polamalu at this stage in both players' careers I would take Moore. The reason being is I feel Moore gives me more years. I think their skill is very comparable or at least very, very close. Even if Troy is a superior player, it isn't by much and the return of the investment would be more than that of Troy, IMO. I believe Moore could give you 5 solid years, maybe 6. I think Troy has about 2 more solid years if he can remain healthy. Troy's style of play doesn't necessarily lend itself to being one that keeps him clean, so the risk of injury is high with him because of his awesome style. I don't know if anyone is belittling Troy. I know I'm not. Troy's a fantastic player but in terms of the value & return on the investments of both players, Moore is the better investment by far, IMO.
  13. Do you want an example? You chose Troy Polamalu at 245. William Moore was taken at 271. That's a big difference and I would have gone with Moore, personally. Between the two, Moore has a bit more longevity than Troy and as such he can play a few more years.
  14. Nicer pick with Roach. It's a shame I couldn't pick Arthur Brown again lol. I probably wouldn't had to pass on him again because the secondary needed improvement. I'm happy with where it is now but I'll need to address the LB corps for sure.
  15. Ravensdan or John Harbaugh? Hmm. ..
  16. Agreed. He's talented and inconsistent and I dislike him for more than a few reasons.
  17. I hate that as well. It's really annoying. I'd love a moderator answer on that.
  18. Not safety. I'm talking the secondary as a unit.
  19. I also needed a playmaker back the with conservative Cook. Cook will play safe man and Rhodes will be the takeaway guy.
  20. I had to take Rhodes because looking at the rosters I felt like he had the least chance of making it to me between the 4 prospects I was considering. Combine that with the now depleted depth at FS except for some few players who have been inconsistent I felt Luke Rhodes was a safer pick especially considering the lack of depth at FS in the draft.
  21. How's he on the decline? He had a phenomenal 2012 after an injury ridden 2011. He bounced back awesome.
  22. I think he was taken. If that's the center from Oakland then he's long gone.
  23. There's a chance. I'm about to pick. I've decided. Stay tuned.
  24. Got my picks narrowed down to 3-4 choices. it will be up soon. I'm debating here with myself.
  25. I need your help. Check your PMs until you see my PM.
