When he was with the Montreal Allouttes he had some pretty big guys on the outside too--He did a really good job of developing them when he was there so I am excited to see how our guys develop. They all seem to fit him really well. I am guessing this year we will have a lot of situational and player specific packages to get guys on the field when needed as Aiken, Brown, Camp, and Perriman all are extremely different in terms of skill set and I don't see us doing a ton of 3 or 4 wide
True. Wouldn't be surprised to see us trade for a 3rd or a 4th for Bennett this weekend, too as a result of him having ties to Trestman.
I wouldn't be surprised if Trestman played a role in us drafting Perriman. He's gotten used to having big bodied freaks at receiver from his time in Chicago with Jeffrey, Marshall, and Bennett.
So a combination of two players that made huge impacts in the games we won over the last four seasons? He is like a Torrey Smith and Jacoby Jones mix. I was hoping for a WR pick.
I'll take it! Welcome Breshad! Hopefully you'll reach your potential!
Rahim Moore has come on a lot since that play and I'm surprised Ozzie hasn't taken a look at him especially considering he was a player he wanted to take when he was coming out in the draft and how bad our safety situation is outside of Hill. Would love to take a look at him especially since he's young too.
Would absolutely love Browner if it gave Pees more confidence in his corners rather than having them play 10 yards off the ball every other play.
Gase isn't even getting the Jaguars job, now.
The Jags are hiring Greg Olson to be their offensive coordinator.
Gase must have some issues behind the scenes.
I do think Trestman was probably the best option after losing out on Kyle Shanahan. Just hope he runs a balanced attack.
The only thing Rollins needs to work on is his mic work. He's still not there yet. Roman Reigns needs to work on his mic work and his in-ring ability, and it showed when Randy Orton (of all people) carried him in that match at Summerslam. However, Rollins is a awesome performer and is incredibly athletic.
Out of all of the Shield guys right now, Ambrose is probably the closest to being the full package. He's entertaining every time he's on the screen.
I agree. I'd argue that Begins was on par if not better than TDK. TDK was great, but Heath Ledger's performance is exactly what made it so great. Begins was just a flat out fantastic overall Bats movie and Nolan did his origin to perfection. The portrayal of Batman was far better in Begins than in TDK. The only performance I didn't care for in Begins was Katie Holmes.I'd give Batman begins a 9.5 and the DKR a 8
TDKR had its moments where it had you shaking your head, but it's similar to TDK in that you watch the movie for the performance of the villain. I didn't think anyone would come close to Ledger's villain performance in TDK but Tom Hardy comes damn close with Bane. Everything that came out of his mouth was quotable and he achieved the intimidation level that I wanted from an on-screen Bane. Just hated how the movie ended.
I expected there to be a limit but as TehRaven stated, their hyping of it did not indicate such and a demo would do the exact same thing that they want to do without the potential lag of streaming a game from another PS4. They should have made it more clear.A time limit was to be expected. It's similar to the how FarCry 4 is handling it except they are using keys and 2 hour time limits. Regardless, this feature sounds really cool. I just wonder if it will use some sort of streaming feature like PlaystationNow in which case I'm out of luck. My internet isn't fast enough.
This share feature is like the return of the game demo too.
Plus Sony just announced a new feature that may help them stay ahead. Sony has announced "Share Play" that will be added in the fall update v2.00. Share play allows online users to invite their friends to play any game, even if that friend doesn't own the game.

They announced that feature when they announced the PS4. And it's now coming out that if the friend doesn't own the game, a 60 minute time limit will be placed. It's to be expected, though.

He didn't clarify the 60 minutes (Per day? Per game?) but it's likely per game.
I must respectfully disagree. Timed exclusives are meaningless to me. I have a PS4 and pre ordered Destiny but the timed exclusive Destiny content doesn't do anything for me. If I was an Xbox guy I would still get the game on Xbox. Xbox always gets Call of Duty DLC first and it never made me want to run out and buy a 360.
Tomb Raider will release during the holidays so you know there will be a ton of other games to play while we wait for the exclusivity period to expire (Uncharted 4). Heck, Tomb Raider might still get overshadowed on Xbox by Halo 5 assuming it comes out that same time.
A price cut makes more sense to me than this if the goal is to move consoles. Being more expensive than the PS4 wasn't cutting it so they cut out the Kinect. But frankly, is being the same price much better? It needs to be cheaper to compete at this point unless Microsoft gets some TRUE exclusives and not these silly temporary ones. Why Microsoft never invested more into first party studios I will never know.
I was speaking on exclusives in general but I believe it still holds true even in this case. It's kind of hard to compare exclusive DLC (in Destiny's case) to a whole game being exclusive to a platform for a period of time. If someone is a Tomb Raider fan and they want to play the sequel, they have to purchase an Xbox system in order to play it until it releases on other platforms (depending on how long that is). If that Tomb Raider fan was in the market for a console during that time span, it would most certainly play a role in what console they would purchase. Maybe not you personally, but there are people that would go that route.
Microsoft isn't catching Sony regardless of what they do but their lineup looks impressive so they'll be able to carve decent market. As far as their exclusives, they'll more than likely continue with what they did last generation with making Halo, Gears, and Forza their bread and butter while scooping up third-party exclusives.
It's a smart move. Exclusives are what gets people to buy consoles. Always has been. Even if it's exclusive for a period of time, that's enough to get people to make the jump to your console. Tomb Raider is a big enough name to sway that decision.Pretty desperate move if you ask me. They are behind in sales in the console war, and they needed TR to be an exclusive to them so Sony doesn't get anymore money and get more ahead of them.
Microsoft would have been better off taking the money they threw at Square Enix for Tomb Raider and just dropping the price of the Xbox One instead. They have money to throw around we get it so just take a loss on the hardware. Tomb Raider is a great game but I can't see too many people running out to get an Xbox One just to play it.
Meanwhile, this is just another reason to hate Microsoft. Whereas a price cut would be nothing but a positive thing for everyone, all this does is tick more people off.
They just dropped the price of the console a couple of months ago. I doubt they're going to drop it even further. The days where console makers were taking losses on consoles are over. Sony and Microsoft went into this generation ensuring that they would be making profit on their console from day one instead of years down the line.
The next Tomb Raider game will be exclusive to the Xbox and it's being said that it's a total exclusive (not completely confirmed). Microsoft isn't playing around.
I got into the Destiny Alpha as well. It was fun but it was nothing mind-blowing. To be fair, I've been having a real distaste for shooters lately but it was nothing amazing despite that, IMO. I'll probably like it a bit more as they polish up the gameplay and as they move towards the release date.
Dat white PS4 tho. Almost made me consider buying another but I mainly just want that white controller, which they will be selling also.
Yeah Godzilla looks awesome and the reviews are most likely going to get me to go see it. Glad they have been positive so far.
Well here we are 6 months after the new systems came out. Let's hear it, for those who have either one, was it a good purchase? What do you think overall of the system, graphics, etc?
I'm hoping to have a PS4 by the time Madden comes out, if not by the end of the year.
I have both of them and up until this point, the Xbox One has been by far the better buy. inFAMOUS and Resogun was a blast to play and the PS4 has the superior multiplatform games, but the Xbox One has treated me to Titanfall, Killer Instinct, Dead Rising 3, Peggle 2, and Ryse. I've put enough time in Titanfall and Killer Instinct alone and I still haven't tried Garden Warfare or Forza 5.
The PS4 will most likely get much better but since I've had both, I've put more time into my Xbox One. Excited for its future too with a ton of great exclusives already rumored to be coming and a lot already coming.
Who says ILB isn't important or devalued? Look at the best defenses in the league and the impact their ILB make on their defenses and come back to me.
Right. Look at the impact Navarro Bowman, Patrick Willis, Lavonte David, Luke Kuechly, Lawrence Timmons, Vontaze Burfict, etc. All of these players had a huge impact on their respective teams and with the way they play defense.
A horrible way to end the streak. The buildup wasn't even good, the match was incredibly mediocre and it was ended by Brock who is a part time wrestler. Should have ended with HBK or with HHH in one of their matches.
I just heard RVD is coming back, maybe at 'Mania?! I'd buy it just to see him.
Rumored to be the night of Wrestlemania or the night after.
So I'm learning. I had no idea Gino was 35th. Woof.
Yeah. Compared to what we had to deal with, Zuttah is a godsend.
The point is that he's not a waste even he doesn't start at center. Right now and from what we know now he seems like the obvious choice, but I don't think he's a lock going into camp.
Honestly don't see us finding anyone else (through the draft or through cuts) to play center. I think he's pretty much a lock, especially now that it is said he's in their future plans following a long-term deal.
I don't care as long as Gino Gradkowski isn't at center for us next year.
I think he was brought in to play LG, that way we can get a center deep in the draft and focus on FS, WR, and TE in the early rounds.
Aaron Wilson confirmed he's being brought in to play center.
How would you guys react IF Jeremy Zuttah was actually brought-in to play left guard (while Osemele shifted-back to right tackle AND Gino Gradkowski remained the center)? What would your thoughts be, then?
And, NO! I definitely don't want that to be the case. However, I'm always preparing for the worst-of-the-worst; so...

Better than Gino Gradkowski, that's for sure. I'll take it. He was a promising young center not too long ago.

Yeah, Torrey had drop concerns in addition to having the tendency to catch with his body quite a bit due to his small hands. Perriman almost always catches away from his body and made difficult catches due to having to adjust to shaky QB play. He'll get better!
