  1. Basically what I was thinking. Really cant hurt to have him for the OTA's, and he might get another shot in the pros. Ozzie always helps his alma mater.
  2. I don't see the Ravens getting involved with Clady...Monroe is o.k. at LT when he's healthy, and Clady seems just as injury prone. My thinking is they go after defense with the 6th pick(Bosa,Ramsey,Jacks) and draft an o-lineman in 2nd or 3rd. I guess if Broncos release Clady the Ravens could take A look, but doubtful of A trade.
  3. It can't hurt to have Brown back in camp, especially given the WR injuries we seem to go through every year. The guy knows the system so it makes since to keep him around. Will he make the team? Doubtful if all the other WR stay healthy, but it"s no risk bringing him back, and good insurance considering our injury history. Kinda same with Carter, he'll fight for A special team job, more so now that Trawlyck signed with Oakland. Don't really know if he'll stick either, but he knows our system.
  4. Is "7 picks in the first four rounds" accurate ? Or was that counting ko's compensary pick, which we've now lost? Also, I agree that OT is not the pressing concern provided that Monroe is healthy - But if the right guy is there at #6 we have to take him, and that includes A left tackle.
  5. Wallace, Weddle & watson...and the fourth 'W' will be Welcome to B-more! Anyone out there who still thinks the Ravens are not committed to winning now? I did'nt think so. Three starter's from free agency, our 1st round and possibly our 2nd round picks starting(both very high picks,A luxury the Raven's hav'nt had for quite A while!), and A healthy Perriman = A nice little re-vamp from last year. As an added bonus, Watson and Weddle are proven locker-room leaders.
  6. Agree that it would be nice to re-sign B. Williams. I think we also need A speedster at WR, Wallace would be great if the money is right, but we need someone in case Perriman can't play or dosn't live up to his hype.
  7. Wallace would be A really good fit for us. I love "Q", and would'nt argue about bringing him back, but we need A speedster like Wallace more than A dump-out receiver. Course, if Perriman can stay healthy he'd be the obvious option, and we could use the cash elsewhere. But I don't think the Ravens can put all their eggs in Perriman's basket, so we need to sign A proven burner.
  8. I would have been mad if they brought him back. Mallett at least showed some heart when he was in the game.
  9. there's A reason this guy is nick- named "joe cool",he's unflappable! If anything,he'll probably have A better year than last year.
