Always liked The Fog. Thought the original was excellent. Always made someone jump.
Sure. I just mentioned Paths of Glory (1957) a few posts ago. How old are you talking?
I just re-watched both Apocalypse Now and Platoon recently.I'm also a big fan of Sam Fuller's The Big Red One (1980). What you like?
Pretty much anything depicting WWII and newer. The Big Red One with Lee Marvin was excellent. I'm a big fan of the Duke and others from this period. The Longest Day & In Harm's Way are among my favorites along with many, many others. I even enjoyed some of the old b & w's like Sink The Bismarck. Hanks in Saving Private Ryan was very good and I was beside myself with Band Of Brothers. Couldn't get enough.
Memorial Day is one of my favorite holidays with 24 hrs. of war films. Look forward to it every year.
Doesn't anyone on here like old war movies? I never see them mentioned.
He just finished watching Fast & Furious 6. I can't blame him.
So you do have a sense of humor! Very timely. lol
Hey all!
Just thought I'd let you all know that if you've recently moved to, or just visiting, San Francisco, we have the place for you on Sundays!
I'm a co-founder of a group called Ravens in the Fog, http://facebook.com/ravensinthefog. We meet-up every game (typically Sunday morning) at an establishment called Thieves' Tavern on 14th and Guerrero.
This past season durring the Super Bowl, we were featured in The Baltimore Sun and Baltimore ABC 2 Morning News - so clearly we're legit.
There's about 20 or so of us for every game, bartenders are legit, the venue is very Bmore, and they let us bring and order whatever food we want!
Feel free to join! Cheers!

Awesome logo! Love it.
Born in Baltimore, raised in Rosedale. Now reside with my own family on the border of Perry Hall / Carney.
Do any exist?
If so, do you know of any backer bars in the area?
I just moved to Dallas & will be hurting if I can't watch all of the games!
Don't expect to find too many if any at all! If there is one, Jerry Jones will buy it and turn it into parking lot after what we did to his team the last time we played them!
Wow, I never knew that there was this many Ravens fans around the states as well as out of the country. I'm just a local boy, been a fan of the team from day 1. Knowing we have all this additional support is really cool!
Go Ravens!!!
