This I agree with. I understand waiting awhile after the season and hoping the issue would heal on it's own but I feel he should have had the surgery long before he did. He wouldn't be missing all of camp, preseason and now games if he had it taken care of sooner.

Looking at opponents schedules, the Raiders have a tough first half travel wise. They have to come to the east for 5 away games in the first 8, Saints, Ravens, Jags. Buccs & Tenn.

I can't wait to see him contribute. I'm expecting most teams to kick deep to keep it out of his hands and put it on the 25. PR's is where I expect to see a change in field position. Did he really have to wear a bears hat to his 1st presser though.

Has anyone seen any info on injuries yet or who is not practicing? I thought Harbs mentioned in a presser the the injury report comes out on Weds.

Thanks. That's what I meant. If the Ravens decide they want him for our 53, he could opt to refuse to stay in TB

I would feel alot better going into this season with a better LT backup plan. Wish they would have signed Long.

I see no need to trade for a TE. You have Brown on the roster right now who knows the playbook and has a familiarity with our QB's. He'll get waved and resigned to the practice squad where he'll remain in case of emergency, until we get Waller back at least.

Exactly right. With us he wouldn't have to wait until year 2 to receive the larger portion of his bonus. He would see it in full this year, just as Stanley will.

Our best game imo against the Bengals was another September meeting at the bank on 9/20/2012. In that game, we came out with the hurry up & wore them out quickly, man-handling them the entire game with a 44 - 13 victory. It worked before but we haven't done it since. Let's have some more of that!
