  1. If you watch the play in slow motion he was bobbling the ball before he was hit. He wasn't catching that pass from the get go.
  2. Powers didn't look any better than he did during the preseason, yesterday. After re-watching, I though Wright played good against the underneath throws to intermediate. He was totally juked by Crabtree on stop & go for the final touchdown. They were in cover 4, but Lewis was beat also.
  3. That's absolutely sad. No reason for that to happen.
  4. Wright is a fairly good boundary CB, as long as he can keep the receiver to the sidelines. Once a receiver runs inside or beats him deep on the outside, he is toast. If he is the best we have as the #2, they really need to roll coverage his way. The safety has to be in position deep without fail, not arriving after the pass is caught. It seems to me that our safety is only loosely shading to that side and not fully rolling the coverage to his side. If the shading is what Pees' wants then he needs to adjust because it's not working.
  5. No problem, I just wanted to mention it and to let you all know I'm not posting and deleting to drive post counts.
  6. So they have Powers and Canady active as the backup CB's. I'm a little surprised on Judon because Smith didn't look all that good last week and I blew it off as his injury still affecting him.
  7. I wonder what's going on down the bank today. My brother-in-law is using my tickets today. He said there's hardly anyone down on RavensWalk and there's a ton of Raiders fans tailgating in the lots.
  8. That surprises me a little cause last week, for a while at least, they moved their LT to RT and slid KO out to LT Bringing in their backup guard.
  9. Thanks! I really hate seeing Stanley listed on the inactives list. Not that I want him to play, he needs to get healthy for sure. I just hate seeing it and feel bad for him. You know he wants to be out there.
  10. Imo, It is certainly a possibility. Considering the weakness of OAK's run defense, I feel that if Forsett is inactive today and Buck plays, it seriously increases the odds of him being released.
  11. They only get a bakers dozen to show up in Florida.
  12. I have issues with when I've previously posted in a thread and I want to reply to another post in that same thread. When I hit the quote button to reply to the 2nd post, the original quote and my reply comes back up in the box. I've tried it multiple times with each time ending with the same result. The only way I've been able to get around it is to re-submit the original post that keeps showing up and then delete it. This process has allowed me to quote and reply to a different post in that thread. Chrome on Windows 10
  13. This is a really good and insightful post. I have been thinking the same since the beginning of the week. Definitely have to go to our strengths. Good job!
  14. Well you may be getting your wish: http://www.nfl.com/news/story/0ap3000000712959/article/ravens-justin-forsett-benched-west-to-get-the-start
  15. I don't think that will happen. He's still our best blocker in the backfield. If you had said ( Forsett reduced carries for today's game) That I could get behind. http://www.nfl.com/news/story/0ap3000000712959/article/ravens-justin-forsett-benched-west-to-get-the-start Wow! Didn't see that. Thanks for the info.
  16. I don't think that will happen. He's still our best blocker in the backfield. If you had said ( Forsett reduced carries for today's game) That I could get behind.
  17. They could use a tow behind air dryer on it if need be as long as it's not going to rain during the game. I'm sure they will do everything they can to get it dry so it doesn't get torn up.
  18. Since Wagner played LT in college, you are right saying the footwork isn't foreign to him. After playing at RT for 3 plus years exclusively the muscle memory shouldn't be there without practicing the position. If he's thinking about his feet, he's not concentrating on what he needs to do to make the block is my thinking. I do agree with your last point. They certainly did try to upgrade the position, but it didn't work out and we're left with Hurst. I had hoped they would have completed the Long deal, but it's moot at this point.
  19. Don't you think if Wagner was to play LT they would have practiced him there this week? Especially with the footwork being the complete opposite of what he's use to? All the news coming out this week was Hurst practicing with the first team. If Stanley is a no-go, Hurst will see the start imo. No offense, but you are wrong on the Long signing. He received full clearance from Dr. Andrews on the knee so he didn't fail the physical. He refused to sign a injury waiver, which is why he's not here and Hurst still is. http://www.baltimorebeatdown.com/2016/9/30/13116274/james-hurst-may-have-to-step-up-on-sunday
  20. I think they sit Stanley this week, as they should and dress Lewis for the backup role. That way they can bring Lewis in if Jensen, Urschel or Hurst struggle.
  21. That blocked field goal was awesome. B Will did an excellent job pulling the middle to him. That play will be Urban Legend.
  22. The half time shoe with Lady Gag Gag, won't be watching.
  23. Their starting RT and their backup RT are both out as they were last week. I think they moved their LT to RT and moved KO to LT for at least some portion of the game if not the whole thing.
  24. That's why I have AAA. Can't beat it for emergencies, especially considering how much I drive.
  25. Thanks, obviously you could tell I wasn't sure about the walkthrough schedule. And I agree if he is hurt, let him rest.
