  1. You don't have to cut Buck to make space for Dixon; Dixon is already on the 53 man roster. You only need to make a space for Waller if he is to be on the roster and in such case, I see Williams being placed on IR. You have your opinion, I have mine. Never said anything about creating space for Waller or that they had to cut Buck to make space for Dixon considering he's already on the roster. I was referring to having 4 running backs on the roster which we don't need. (1) It would be waste of a roster spot (2) useless to not dress 2 RB's every week. But hey, It's been settled. Guess we just go back to not seeing Buck dress.
  2. I'm right there with ya. How about the OPI (just target the defender and run him over) That was smart! Or the missed tackle that sprung the punt return to the 6 (flying down the field to lay a crushing hit only to miss cause you can't adjust to the returner). Yeah he definitely showed his worth as a seasoned vet this game.
  3. I always went with Oflemy I-am-a-banjo. Everyone always knew who I was referring to.
  4. To piggyback on that from what Harb's said that it's a cartilage issue he's been dealing with for some time. His options are to continue playing & deal with the pain or have fixed. I would think it's better to have it fixed now while we have bodies to fill in, especially considering the playing time he's getting.
  5. Actually, he played some snaps on the punt unit during the OAK game.
  6. Wow, hope you guys stay safe.
  7. Justin is a class act. Thanks for all you have been. You have my heartfelt best wishes for you and yours. I have no doubt you'll be signed quickly. Keep pounding the rock.
  8. it must be serious....it's taking too long to heal.....they are not telling us what is going on. Come on guys, we are not entitled to know anyone's personal medical issues. He is protected by the privacy act & doesn't have to divulge specifics. What if he is a diabetic. Diabetic's have tons of problems with their feet and many lose toes because of it. Is that something you need to inform the public on, absolutely not!
  9. Penalties are a huge problem for us. We are the 3rd highest team in penalties. We won't be able to cut them all out, but we have to eliminate the ***Stupid*** ones. Wallace's unsportsman like conduct Aiken's OPI (did he really need to run over his defender) Aiken's "blatant" running into the returner Come on guys, this is not Pop Warner football.
  10. My feelings on the subject if Dixon comes back this week, Buck gets waved. Dixon is a better ball carrier and as good if not better at receiving. If no one picks Buck up, he would then go to the PS. or They just wave Forsett outright, He's not going to be here next year anyway. Kubiak will most likely jump on him fairly quickly if released. If not, there are plenty of needy teams out there right now and he should find a spot easily.
  11. If we had the money to keep KO, and with Stanley we would have, but it will be very good over the next few years with Stanley and Lewis. Urschel will be our future center as well......When your good for so long, the cap space is our biggest enemy in keeping players..... Sorry, I don't see Urschel as our future center. I'm hoping the team drafts Pocic in 2017. A very athletic and mauling center in college.
  12. Dixon will be eased back in and Waller will have little if any impact, and may even be placed on the practice squad since he would be the 4th-string TE. We can't just place Waller on the practice squad. He would have to be waved first, which makes him vulnerable to being selected by 31 other teams. Should no one select him, he can then be signed to the practice squad.
  13. You poor soul, having to listen to skinstalk all week. I feel for you.
  14. Wait a minute, aren't Urschel and Jensen veterans?
  15. He would probably want more weed than we can afford to pay him. Certainly more than his play would warrant. Sorry but bringing Monroe back has already went up in smoke.
  16. Hey Eric, you are a better man than me. Two Bosses? That's gotta be tiring bro.
  17. Agreed. They are close to the Raiders production wise. Good on O, Bad on D.
  18. I surprised there were no designed roll outs to get him away from the rush. May have given him so time to get some chunk yard throws in. Then again roll outs don't work well when the game plan is mostly short throws.
  19. True considering at times we rushed 5 and sometimes 6.
  20. Yeah, Weddle was back there as well. He made it across just in time for the catch but was at the front of the end zone. You are right. It doesn't change the fact Wright was beat when he may not have been if he had made it to his deep zone.
  21. They just said on the news that he was hit in the back of the head, fell and hit his forehead on the concrete. Both guys arrested were from NY.
  22. Actually we beat them on offense in most major categories except the most important, points scored.
  23. Right, he had two pressures even though he was against a rookie 3rd string RT. I will cut him some slack since it was his 1st game.
  24. From what I saw on gamepass, we were in cover 4. True Wright was beaten on the double move but Lewis was right there and was beaten also just as Weddle was getting there. Outside the 2 TDs, Wright didn't really play that bad. He was good on all the underneath stuff and gave up 1 completion on the intermediate, which was an awesome catch by Crabtree.
  25. Not sure why Judon was inactive, but I can tell you ZDS did absolutely nothing all game.
