  1. I'm not sweating NE. They have had a gravy schedule so far and should have won the games they did. The only true competitors they've faced while Brady has been back is a Roethlisberger-less Steelers and the Seahawks, who they lost to in NE. They are down two of their best playmakers in Gronk & Amendola along with a hobbled TE in Bennett who has 6 catches for 40 yards over the last 3 games. The only way I see us losing this game is if we beat ourselves with blown coverages and stupid penalties.
  2. Sizz is a beast of a man that won't be denied his drive & passion to make plays. A true HOFer in my book.
  3. There are five keys to winning this game as I see it: (1) Maintain the same offensive drive displayed last week. (2) Close the door on the NE run game (3) Minimize their passing attack & with good tackling, reduce the YAC. (4) Eliminate stupid penalties, don't beat ourselves & keep the refs out of it. (5) Overcome the elements.
  4. Being down two top receivers in Gronk and Amedola along with a hobbled Bennett and no run game will make it extremely difficult for Tom Dink-N-Dunk. We have to find a way to slow their passing attack across the middle of the field. I hope Mosley and Orr are up for the task and come ready for it.
  5. It is awesome that we are this healthy at this point in the season. Sizz and Yanda playing through their respective injuries just proves they are men among boys. You gotta love those guys, true warriors!
  6. That was a nice way for BB and his QB to say they are sweating this game and struggling to find holes in our D. I may be a little over confident this week but, I feel we go up there and handle our business.
  7. Imo, winning the next three games is what's important. We beat NE, Philly and Pitt means the last game against Cincy doesn't matter. Wouldn't it be good to be able to sit some of the ailing starters before the WC game?
  8. Coincidentally, the last time we played in the snow was in 2013 vs the Vikings with that great endzone catch by Brown in the waning seconds. That game was in week 14 as well.
  9. Sounds like Bennett isn't doing so well at present as he was a DNP yesterday with ankle and shoulder issues. Had 2 catches for 4 yards last week and only 6 catches for 40 yards over last 3 games. http://www.espn.com/blog/new-england-patriots/post/_/id/4798300/pats-need-martellus-bennett-more-than-ever-but-ankle-injury-bears-watching
  10. I'd say that's taking the polar bear plunge to the extreme.
  11. I have a lot of disdain for NE. Most of their success is due to them playing in a historically weak division. I have no doubt they would never have had the same success if they had played in the AFC North.
  12. BB is a master tactician. With that said I believe that NE is only successful because of both he and Brady. Neither would have accomplished what they have without the other. Would I have wanted BB here? I would say no in hindsight as I can't have respect for some one who cheats or bends the rules in his favor to get an advantage.
  13. Joe should have hung it on the back of the bathroom door to use as motivation.
  14. NE has all but locked up a playoff spot and are now playing for the #1 seed. The Ravens are playing to win our division and we will make the path a lot more difficult if we don't beat this team. This game will come down to who wants it more and who executes better. We have to find a way to prove that we have what it takes to beat a top ranked team.
  15. Just wanted to take a moment to honor Pearl Harbor and all those who lost their lives 75 years ago today.
  16. Yeah i can't believe Tunsil is on there at 14 and no Stanley especially considering that Jeremiah was a scout for the Ravens at one time. Still it is just one persons take.
  17. Or Edelman fleaflickers. That play killed us.
  18. Agree totally. Plus I doubt Amendola will play with the high ankle sprain. That's two receiver weapons out for them.
  19. That's not a dream, that's a nightmare.
  20. Joe's nothing like that is correct. For anyone that thinks Joe doesn't have personality, check out the video posted by Lombardi in today's LFW on the front page.
  21. I would rather make a statement and win the next three then the last game doesn't matter. In this scenario we would have the option to rest some starters in the final game if we choose to before the wild card game.
  22. I like Moore as well but, I would rather see the team IR Tali and bring Camp up for the last four. It would give us another weapon and he definitely has better hands than Moore at this point. Can't afford drops in these crucial games.
  23. So you don't think Flacco has any personality? Just watch that video posted by Lombardi above. Yanda rags on Joe, Joe flips a double bird back and Yanda throws some expeletives his way. lmao
  24. Can we just copy and paste this offense and defense for the rest of the season?
  25. Can't let this opportunity slip by. Sounds like the team is up for this game. We need to slam our foot down on their throats, go for the jugular and not let up all game.
