Because one of the greatest players ever is retiring. It was the same with Ray Lewis/Flacco.

Dont be mad, Brady still has 4.
Time to move the NFL honors to after the SB.
Just now, A Fish Called Yanda said:Since when is 154 yards in a half bad? Once again, going against the BEST defense in the NFL. Receivers have been covered for the entire game and he's been scrambling on most plays as his protection collapses.
Not saying he's having a great game, but to say he's sucking is incorrect.
His receivers have been open all game but he keeps missing them.
How does the Panthers' O-line never get called for holding when Newton scrambles? It's so obvious.

Posting here means you're a football fan, which according to advertising demographics makes you a man.

That's no surprise. More and more, the NFL is trying to appeal to women because men are a given.
5 minutes ago, ravensdfan said:So far neither of these QBs will be the MVP for their team so the narrative might be different.
If Peyton wins, it doesn't matter if he's MVP because he'll be the QB that wins. If Cam wins, it doesn't matter if he gets MVP either because they'll be coming from behind, and no matter how that happens, he'll be somehow responsible for bringing them back.
You coulda said this weeks ago, but the Super Bowl "narrative" after the game will either be "How appropriate that Peyton, of all players, wins here at Super Bowl 50" or "How appropriate that Super Bowl 50 is won by the biggest emerging star that's changed the way we see quarterbacks".

cam's no more over the top than half the white QB's but they don't get the hate he does.. It's hilarious and sad
What hate does Cam get that any other not-that-great QB does?
First I saw an unnecessary roughness call, and I'm like "Are the Ravens playing?". Then I saw the RB fumble and I'm like "Yeah we are. See, Ray Rice is there."
The Titans have some tantalizing talent that you can't wait to take. Visit us by clicking the link to the left.
So what happens after the 31st selection? Or do we actually have to wait for #32 to "select"?
With the first team selection, Hawkprey selects:
The Tennessee Titans

Funny how things work out. Although my team pick was going to be random either way. At least this way it's my own randomness, and not just the result of everyone else.

I'll be on at 7, don't worry.
Ooh, and me also.
Ok, it doesn't sound that bad, I'll join.
Exactly how big a commitment is this? I'll sign up if no one else takes the bait.
