  1. Better out that 6 mîl to use. I absolutely hate him going to San Fran though, that one could come back and bite us big time

I disagree. I don't think they'll even re-sign Boldin next year. I don't think they win a Super Bowl this year either. If I'm right about both, then by next offseason we'll have our 6th round player (or used it for something else) and they'll have nothing. Think of why the Jets are shopping Revis. He'll just be a free agent next year.

  2. Why is everyone so surprised? I thought everyone realized Boldin might be gone this off-season? At least we got something for him. Yeah, sure, only a 6th round pick. That's what 31 year old and declining receivers are worth. I wish he could have stayed, but he wasn't worth the cap hit. We'll get by.

Yeah we're just gonna have to deal with a very annoying media offseason about how our passing game is ruined and Joe no longer has his "throw it anywhere and he'll come down with it" guy.

I think Boldin is going to be very frustrated trying to catch passes from Kaepernick.

  3. Lol, this is entertaining.

I suggest people take some Ativan before we have hospital admissions grow in a matter of hours in Baltimore & its surrounding counties. Boldin's not released yet. Wait and see.

But there is a point to both arguments. You can make an argument to cut Boldin to save money to extend young guys. You can also make an argument to keep Boldin due to how clutch he played in 2012 and especially when Cam was Canned.

Personally, I would be fine either way. It makes sense both ways to me. Not sure I like the idea of restructuring Boldin, personally. I think it's fine for this year, but I want to pay guys like Pitta, Jones, maybe Cody or Oher if they explode this year. Those players are young and up and coming. Boldin's great, a beast, but let's face it: he's at the end of the game. How much juice is in those tanks?

Yeah, either way. We could have a chance to see some of our depth receivers step up. Would people be saying "get rid of Corey Graham" if Webb wasn't injured and he wasn't forced into a starting role? What about Chykie Brown? And where would Bynes be on fans' meter if McClain, Ray, and Ellerbe never missed time? Harewood was a lost cause until he got the chance to play starting guard. And look at what McKinnie did with his shot. Sometimes that's all a guy needs.

  4. So your saying only take it after a workout? From all the research I done before even ordering it most people seemed to take it first thing in the morning last thing at night and after a workout.

That's why I was taking it three times a day but asked because I thought maybe twice on rest days would be enough.

Nutrition is still being studied, so no one really knows for sure how the body works. Every month some new "revelation" about what you're supposed to eat comes out. Really the timing of your meals means much less than the food itself. As long as you eat the right things within the course of a day you should be fine. But to anyone who takes whey specifically in the morning and specifically before they sleep is probably wasting their money. Caesin is a slow-digesting protein, so that's what you want to hold yourself over the periods when you're not eating or working out. Milk protein is 75% caesin. So milk is probably the best thing to drink before you sleep and when you wake up.

How much you take depends on how much you're putting your muscles through. If you're only working out 30 minutes a day, three servings of whey is probably too much. But if you're working out several times a day or for a few hours than 3 per day is fine.

  5. Im taking whey protein, 3 times a day when i workout, do i still need to take it three times on off days?

That seems like a lot. You know your body can only absorb so much protein in a certain timeframe? And liquidized protein would be the easiest to pass through you without nutrient uptake. You want whey after you work out because it's fast-acting. Whey is your muscle-builder (caesin is for muscle-loss prevention), but your muscles have to be in the right state to make use of it. So when you have whey three times a day, unless you're working out three times a day, two of those times might not be going to good use.

During off days you don't need a big influx of whey like you would after you work out, but it's still important to get enough protein and not to have any drastic changes in your diet. So you don't need to drink a whey protein shake on your off day, but you'd have to add another protein source to your diet. Preferably one like chicken or tuna that will stay in your system longer as your body digests it.

  6. If you said Chiefs CB Donald Washington and said that he would get pulled over for Drunk Driving, you would be correct!

    Add another.

I'm gonna say the next one stays in the AFC West.

By the way, apparently this is (or was) possible. 2010's odds: http://casinosmack.com/blog/2010-nfl-arrest-betting-odds-which-team-to-gamble-on/
