Palmer really stinks. Just give it to Fitz.
Without knowing much about the prospects this year, I'd say Myles Jack has the best chance of being our first pick. WLB is, in my opinion, the weak spot of the defense, and Myles would be perfect for what we need.
Aiken is a guy who would be a good FA pickup, not a guy you trade for. A 2nd round tender is a joke. Especially considering how rare it is that a team actually claims someone.
Doug Baldwin is such a great WR but, well, you know.
Freaking hawks o-line
Freaking hawks QB
Don't worry, Russell Wilson will throw an interception that'll bounce off the defender's hands into his receiver's for a touchdown and make this a game.
"Somehow find Larry Fitzgerald". Yeah, I think you know where your HOF WR is on every play.
That was totally PI but the refs aren't gonna give you 60 yards for that. The penalty for PI needs to be rethought.
Watching bits of the playoffs makes me miss watching the playoff Ravens. I miss the Ravens being the heavy underdog. I miss the excitement in the announcers voice that this bump in the road was taking the Super Bowl favorite for a run and making the playoffs exciting.
How many upsets are there really in without the Ravens in it? And I mean real upsets, not 3 point underdogs. I mean wildcard team vs Super Bowl favorite. Even last week when all 4 road teams won - they were still the teams everyone thought would win.
Bias aside, the Ravens are the only team I count on to shake up the standings. In fact, the Ravens (and Giants, and Jets one year) started making analysts think a first round bye might be a hindrance. It'd be like Houston or Washington beating the Patriots or Carolina. We all knew they would just stink.
KC is just a really dumb team.
I think some of this has to do with Flacco being injured. The difference between (for example) 4th and 10th can be as little as 25 yards per game. Running the ball more means fewer plays for either side, and even 4 fewer plays can affect total yardage. Then of course the argument that other teams probably felt less compelled to take chances.
Russell Wilson is terrible. About time that dumb luck wore off.
Yes, because after not being able to beat the Jets in regulation, Belichick decided he'd still rather not face the team that lost to the 4-10 club because they're the bigger threat.
The running game and pass blocking has been great. Could you imagine this offense with Flacco & Perriman?
He played better than Joe against the Steelers this season.
Flacco - 20-33, 60.6 completion %, 189 yards, 1 TD, 1 INT 73.9 rating
Mallett - 28-41, 68.3 completion %, 274 yards, 1 TD, 0 INT, 95.0 rating
Which goes to show how little passing stats actually mean. I bet Vick had a better rating than Ben against us too.
More confident than the guy who turned down $17 million a year?
The protection has been great since Osemele went to left tackle. If only we'd thought of that sooner.
When in doubt, favor the other team.
This defense is indefensible.
except we aren't playing depth on defense, we have lost one player in suggs. Every other starter is our starter from the summer.
Will Davis would probably be our starting corner if healthy.
Oh Browns. How they've given up.
I can't believe the biggest name of the pregame is the Browns' 3rd string QB.
3-4, Aiken, Yanda, Wagner, Givens
Aiken and Givens are not first stringers. Smith and Perriman are.
Only 2 offensive starters tonight are first-string.

How a player turns out is really pretty random. Ozzie and crew haven't necessarily had a better track record than anyone else.
