  1. You can use social media to follow the Ravens but as far as conversations it's limited. It's more just people making a one post comment that doesn't go any further...here you can have a back and forth. I haven't been around on the regular in years but it was always nice to come here and read up on what other fans were thinking.

I think the Ravens are going to blow this one out. I can't remember a Ravens team being this strong in every phase of the game at once. Williams and Jernigan are monsters, Zadarius looks beastly and Jimmy looks like Jimmy again. That's on top of the additions of Weddle and Suggs.

On the OL, Stanley/Lewis is an upgrade over last year's left side and Wagner is healthy. The run game looks great and the weapons in the passing game makes last year's look like practice squad players.

    This team is stacked.

I'm usually optimistic but I'm not going that far. I just want to win and I'll take it however it comes...I don't see a blowout mostly because I don't think our defense can hold teams down like in the past. This team has to prove it before I get my hopes too high...last year is still fresh

After reading some comments from MIN fans on ProFootballTalk, they speak very highly of him.  They said he was great in the locker

room w/ his teammates and coaches.  Most stated, it  wasn't a good fit for the offense they ran and Bridgewater not having a big arm to take

advantage of Wallace's speed.  They said even w/ a down season, they never heard anything negative coming from Wallace.

That's good, maybe he matured and learned from how things went down in Miami

  4. A lot of the problems facing the team have to do with scouting, player development, the draft, the front office..
..Flacco would be way down on any list of why the Ravens haven't been consistently good after their SB win.

Flacco just has haters and always will...look around him, see the lack of talent on both sides of the ball, and it hasnt been his contract why we didnt have any, that excuse is inaccurate. I think Ozzie and those guys do a great job but lately we've missed on draft picks and had some bad luck...

Look at what Bradford and now Brock Osweiler is about to get a big jump in pay after 7? starts? they've done nothing..

  5. Tucker will get a long term deal at some point

Upshaw will test his value on open market and I can see the Ravens retaining him on a relatively cheap deal, he's like Double J..with less sacks.

KO is gone imo..he wants to be highest paid guard or whatever..his value has gone up playing LT. I know Ravens made offer to him but they won't be able to match what another team can/will give. He comes back if he just wants to stay in Bmore

  6. One that I really pulled for and tried to defend when he was on the team was Kyle Boller...knowing that he didn't have 'IT'...whatever it is. Dude was a great dancer I imagine 'cause his feet never would stop moving...I think he was scared in the pocket. Really hoped he would develop...

Too many guys to list or remember through the years.

  7. in our case you have to run the ball to get the passing game going. in some instances if your passing offense is so prolific you can use the pass to kick start the run game but our passing attack is not near those levels. so we hope for a solid performance by our Oline...which is key to both

  8. the entire secondary, but most importantly our DBs who dont know how to turn back for the football..is it lazy? do they not know how? do they not care? Jimmy Smith could have had 3 or 4 more INTs if he would play better technique....

you see lesser guys on other teams making these plays...how is it none of our guys can do this? we just face guard and get flags thrown
