  1. JUst IMagine... Pitta AND Max!!! WIth Smith Sr., Perriman, Brown/Aiken/Camp/Waller (I think Waller may surprise), AND Forsett!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  2. Without warning, Let the team run straight through the league like a freight train! They won't be ready. We all saw in our last super bowl run what Flacco can do with a reasonable cast of weapons, plus the D is even younger, faster, and more athletic! Don't let Hard Knocks anywhere near this team!
  3. No. While It would definitely be fun to see, I just prefer to not tamper in any manner. We could be Super Bowl bound, let them GRIND!
  4. Actually, this is a really good question
  5. Mercedes Lewis gives us a potential 3rd option as far as fa te's...How would you guys rate the best 3 Te's available right now? J. Housler J. Gresham M. Lewis
  6. Fingers crossed, but yes that's how its looking...
  7. This.
  8. It's a 970K cap hit. We had to find a QB2. HOW could we have done better? There should still be plenty to find another piece or maybe two before the draft...
  9. It sounds as if the cap hit is only 970K
  10. Couldn't put it better myself. Focus on what he has to offer people. We just got better.
  11. Exactly. Next hole to patch... TE... I'm hoping for Gresham, but wouldn't be at all upset if it was Housler. I still wan't Clive Walford in the 3rd...
  12. IF the cap hit is only 970k then whats all this fuss about???
  13. LOLOL!
  14. Have a little faith
  15. Money aside... Between the two who would help us more? If we added Jennings/Crabtree, and either Housler/Gresham, we would be set going into the draft only really needing Wr,CB,RB,DT,OLB
  16. I think one thing to point out about this signing is how Schaub's experience in Kubiak's system (threw over 4,000 yards twice) will help Joe continue to grow. I'm thinking we will see more precision, and decisiveness from Flacco. This also helps the receivers.
  17. You know how Ozzie feels about his comp picks though lol
  18. Wow. Being familiar with the system is no small thing. He will be helpful in TC with the receivers as well as helping Joe here and there. I can't see how you could complain about having a former pro bowl QB who knows your system as your backup...? I know I feel more comfortable knowing if Joe (knock on wood) ever went down for any period of time we have Schaub who can manage the games and help us win.
  19. Housler could possibly be as big of a weapon for Joe as Pitta was... he is 6'5 and runs a 4.46
  20. Right. I wouldn't mind signing Housler, or even Gresham- Gresham post June 1 won't count against comp picks...
  21. Why so serious? When you sign a player you fill a hole.
  22. Good afternoon sir/madam, with all due respect... when discussing signings and resigning's, holes and positions to be filled on the roster, pieces via free agency and draft are the way we fill these holes. I don't think its intentional
  23. I wouldn't be surprised if we snagged 2 cb's, and 2 wr's before Sept... this, along with a play-maker at TE would set us up nicely
