  1. Nate Orchard, Duke Johnson, Josh Shaw. First 3 picks.

  2. in the 3rd round, would you take ekpre-olomu, or steve nelson? i was on nelsons bandwagon but olomu's athleticism and playmaking potential is intriguing to say the least, especially in the 3rd round.

  11. Ozzie will never get a RB in the first round.

  12. To think the Ravens have had the two best players ever at their positions (Reed/Lewis) in such a short time period is crazy

  13. Today the Patriots single handedly destroyed the honor of the Lombardi & tarnished its image. On top of that, they have destroyed any meaning that SB MVP held by awarding it to Tom Brady after a 2 INT game. Shameful.

i totally understand what ur saying and ill agree that qb's get the most recognition for SBMVP by default, it takes a huge effort from any other player to take it away from a qb who throws for more td's than int's. but i thought when you watched that game, it just appeared that edelman was the best player on the field, and some will look at it and say edelman carried brady, others will say brady carried the team, im of the former group lol

are you saying that you might as well have 10 players on the field instead of fielding a 3rd string corner?

doesnt matter who edelman whooped up on, he was a madman on the field.

you are trying to make the point that edelman beating a 3rd string corner was unimpressive when it was a 4th or 5th string corner that won the game... and then you have no clue why i mention that... are you lost?

if qbr doesnt stand for qb rating then what does it stand for? i always assumed thats what it was.

i still find it hard to believe that you can actually rank his performance in the bottom half of all time super bowl performances by a qb, and if the numbers show that, then thats why ill say its a flawed stat. i still think edelman deserved it more

while im defending edelman 100% in this case, QBR can be a bit flawed. bradys performance was better than bottom 20 all time thats for sure.

jacoby made 2 big plays, edelman caught 2-5 yard passes and toasted the defense for long gains on a regular basis, scored i believe 2 touchdowns, and was clearly the best player on the field. getting the ball out in 2 seconds is how their offense has always been designed and its not exactly impressive to quickly throw a 5 yard pass to an open receiver all day long.

exactly, joe flacco threw for 3 touchdowns and no interceptions, joe was responsible for a 21 point difference, brady took a possible 14 points off the board with his 2 hideous interceptions, one was practically on the goal line where a field goal was all but guaranteed. and most of bradys yardage was thanks to YAC by edelman who lit up the seahawks on an injured hip. the eye test says edelman was far and away the best player on the field

  20. when will people realize that dominate is a verb and dominant is the adjective for a player who dominates? its incredible how often those words are mixed up, even analysts cant tell the difference, its pretty simple.

yeah the mvp honestly is an eye test, the person that you see dominating the field throughout the game or the guy that makes a few plays that end up deciding the game, edelman carried that offense and he did it while injured and possibly playing with a concussion after cam rocked his world

point out the LOB all you want but the patriots had the better secondary today, revis and browner were shutdown for most of the game and the only td revis gave up happened because the ref blocked him lol. also, the so called LOB gave up the record for completions in a sb, then allowed brady to break that record the very next year.

edelman deserved it bar none, without those 2 disgustingly ugly interceptions they wouldnt have needed some miraculous comeback, and most of bradys pass...

agreed, edelman got robbed at point blank range with a 12 guage. absolutely ridiculous, but ey, whos gonna take a mvp from brady? smh at the nfl
