  1. how about you look at the big picture without the pessimistic attitude. who is saying we will win the super bowl? were talking about the real possibility of it, and yes, the possibility is very real. so suddenly anytime we get optimistic we need to pump the brakes because that makes us un-knowledgeable and we arent level headed? if so then im glad i dont have your attitude, homie.
  2. are you kidding me? the ravens are a legitimate contender for the super bowl every single season, even with gaping holes on the team we take the golden boys of the nfl to the wire deep in the playoffs and scare the hell out of every "elite" team in the league when january rolls around. we have addressed every single hole on this team, there is not a single weakness anywhere on our roster, and even with a very flawed roster and terrible injury bug last year we had a real chance to go to the SB, barring another decimating string of injuries there is no team that looks more prepped for a super bowl than the ravens. go join the 105.7 "the fan" forums or something with that kind of attitude.
  3. id say hes going the exact speed limit lol
  4. oz the prophet i mean seriously, i knew a move like this would happen. i have been so ANNOYED with the fanbase disregarding our excellent draft all because we didnt reach for a corner, how many times must ozzie prove to the majority of ravens fans that he has a crystal ball and can foresee everything that will happen in the offseason
  5. this makes us a real super bowl contender, if we are anywhere outside of the top 5 favorites to win it all then it is straight up disrespect. although i am nervous, 2013 the OL got the injury bug, 2014 the secondary got it, im praying to ozzie that it doesnt happen this year, if we stay relatively healthy we will win it all.
  6. kyle arrington is a raven. jesus god almighty ozzie is the greatest to ever do it. didnt budge in the free agent frenzy, didnt budge on his draft board, and then got the absolute PERFECT fit for our situation without counting against the comp picks. dudes got a crystal ball

Crystal ball is a pretty good way at describing it. He's absolutely amazing, but lets not give him all the credit. Eric DeCosta and the rest of the staff are amazing as well.

  7. ahhh thats why baltimoreflacco picks 32 and 33
  8. also another question, whats the thought process behind the draft order? it seems kinda random and confusing
  9. oh ok, didnt think so just wanted to make sure
  10. question, how exactly is this scored? i would like to know before i make my 2nd pick lol
  11. he also threw a pick 6 and then threw an overtime pick on their side of the field by breaking the cardinal rule of all qb's in nfl history. the one year he did win the superbowl he actually performed pretty much below average and the colts defense somehow was freaking insane in that SB run. peytons regular season accomplishments really need to start being overlooked a bit in favor of his postseason meltdowns
  12. this. campanaro 100% has the ability to be an elite possession guy, his LOOOONG injury history is the issue, and his frame not getting any bigger coupled with playing against tougher competition in the nfl doesnt help that.
  13. that was scary. i actually laughed and said "oh my god" watching that
  14. excuse me while i jump at the opportunity..
  15. dang, i really wanted a wenning jersey too
  16. yeah i think bosa would have to have a disastrous season to fall anywhere out of the top 5. im more trying to discuss possible targets for us, thats why i posted a link to a guy projected right now to go late first early second. another sneaky need for us i think may be OL, we could really be looking into getting a LT or maybe even get a steal in the interior. im still torn as to whether mosley or zack martin wouldve been a better pick had he been there, not familiar with the 2016 linemen but i think ill have to look into it
  17. most of these speculations made by the websites reporters never come to fruition, i would love the signing though, we have a decent amount of cap space left, and it wouldnt count against the comp formula, and it fills a need with a solid, veteran player with loads of playoff experience, the absolute perfect signing for us, he also brings knowledge of the patriots which is always a plus. i have a feeling though that ozzie is looking for a cb to sign for less than 2mil this year and i think arrington would demand more
  18. top half of my left arm!
  19. JJ is a classic, not many have it and it shows a unique appreciation for the team. im also considering williams or maybe jernigan. also if wagner comes back healthy and keeps it up as the best RT in the league i think that would be a unique jersey that id like to have.
  20. i too curse players. i bought a ngata jersey the year before he started getting injured constantly, i bought a flacco jersey in the 2013 offseason, i bought an elam jersey before opening day last year. maybe ill buy a really bad players jersey and have the opposite effect.
  21. losing revis and brady makes their overall roster take a tumble, bad. i think they may get blown out in quite a few games, and if not then i think a qb controversy begins next offseason because that means garropolo can carry an average team
  22. manziel would have an excuse for throwing interceptions. but he would probably end up arguing with the coach on the wrong sidelines before running upfield for the failed trick play
  23. thats an awesome story lol i never knew he was adopted
  24. dad: shawn, have my daughter home by 10 shawn oakman: she stayin at my spot dad: you right fam, my bad. really though, shawn oakman could be the arik armstead of this class. plays too high, very heavy footed, bad first step, low flexibility, etc. etc. i do like him more than armstead though, his athleticism appears much better and he plays more consistent and with more of a mean streak, a violent player, still incredibly raw and needs a ton of work. unfortunately though, if armstead goes in the top 20, then oakman probably goes top 10
  25. obvious one for me. he was my 2016 draft crush after his very first carry lol thats what it looked like on tape. i guess thats what i get for going to walterfootball to read the top prospects listing him as a 3-4 OLB, problem is there arent many "top" lists out there this early, and i gave walterfootball too much credit by not just assuming they were wrong lol
