  1. What if an asteroid hits earth? What if Stalin reanimates and partners with Kim Jong un? What if the ice caps melt? What if burgers were never invented? What if pi wasn't the longest decimal known to man? You know what's up a elephants trunk? Six foot boogers. What if the wright brothers decided to be street racers? What if edd ed n eddy actually got to eat their jawbreakers? What if Hannibal burress never met Eric Andre? What if the housing market never crashed? What if you didn't ask stupid questions?
  2. It was some inside training camp video, just players goofing off and stuff. It was a one time thing and it stuck with me
  3. its already done. just waiting on it to be activated lol. its just Flex5 now. i feel strange that so many people here refer to me as joey, and my name is in no way joey lol. i know its a flacco reference... but it almost feels like im catfishing.
  4. just watched. he had a good game. he pretty consistently plowed holes open against weaker opponents and held his own against oliver, at times he looked like he was pass protecting vs oliver but hes a freak and being able to anchor down and hold your own against that guy is respectable. he appears too susceptible to get too wide on his back shoulder on stretch zones, he got taken advantage of early twice in that game, once by bowser and once by oliver, he just stepped too far to the playside and gave up penetration off his back shoulders. but that also falls on the LT and is also coachable. as far as pass pro and gap blocking goes, im starting to see the upside. however, i dont see a power scheme guard with him. ive seen him whiff on too many pulls, fail to use hands on moving blocks, and get lost in space way too often for my liking. when it comes to knocking guys around in a phone booth and putting grown men on their butts though, he looks like he can do that
  5. ill watch that next
  6. his game against wyoming was MUCH better. there seems like something was wrong with him vs San Jose St.. because he was dominant vs wyoming. he put his man to the turf very often.
  7. was nico siragusa injured this year or something? i am not seeing the same player yall are talking about apparently. i was highly unimpressed by his film the first few ttimes i watched, and i went back, looking to talk myself into liking him, and still am not seeing it. he gets knocked on his butt constantly, he'll get tunnel vision on one man and as soon as another guy bumps him he seems to go tumbling down. he gets really average push, on pull blocks he doesnt even attempt to use his hands and whiffs often, he gets average push and fails to finish, you often see the RB come behind him and the defender disengaging to make the tackle. ive only watched his san jose state game recently, but i watched 3 of his games months ago and recall having a lot of the same impression. ill go watch his other games again to see if im missing something, but i feel like i am watching someone totally different from you guys
  8. But I'm not a homar bruh. I just hope for the best when we make moves because I want for us to be a better team.
  9. I like bowser better. Better in coverage for sure and shows a higher ceiling as a pass rusher, less refined as a rusher but I think he should take to coaching well and pan out better than Anderson who has less natural tools and wins with better hand usage
  10. Steve you pretty consistently create new threads, they always have picture examples, and they are always completely worthless. Sad thing, you're trying, you are dead serious. At least rayray is an obvious troll
  11. Watched more film, his Louisville game was beautiful despite barely recording a stat. I've never seen a qb break down and extend so many times in one game because a LINEBACKER took away multiple reads. His zone awareness was brilliant. He was crossing the field, showing blitz then dropping, standing deep and surveying before bringing a blitz. He obviously understands the concept of baiting and disguising. He feels defenders moving behind him and very fluidly rolls around with them, he's got extremely light and quick feet. as an edge rusher, he's gotta learn to finish. He gets reckless and allows himself to get totally eliminated, he either breaks down his technique and lets the blocker latch on last second because he went for the sack before disengaging, or he just trips himself up. You can see him getting the upper hand early and showing some great footwork along with some decent but inconsistent handwork, he shows some competence as a rusher but always fails to finish it seems, he's gotta settle down when he gets to that finishing move at the end of his rush and finish disengaging. I don't know if he's a ILB in a 34, I like how he moves in space, he would be amazing at covering between the hash and flats between the LOS and 20 yard mark, yes he is athletic enough to zone drop to disrupt the timing and then stick a receiver 20+ yards downfield. He is like an extra db who will be very disruptive as a pass rusher
  12. Requesting mods shut down the board early smh
  13. A lot of players would've bit on that. Kudos to bill for having the stones to call that play in that moment and kudos to edelmandola for executing it to perfection
  14. Harris' spin move looks really ineffective to me. He spins while continuing in the same direction and doesn't counter back inside effectively when he does it, at least not consistently. Harris has a tendency to do some crazy beautiful stuff and just as often fail miserably to use the same tactic. When Harris spins lightning fast but doesn't even change directions it frustrates me so bad. Williams completely reverses his Path on his spin
  15. Barnett can as well, his moves are just more subtle. Obviously Barnett isn't as explosive as a lot of guys, and the value of williams at 78 compared to Barnett at 14 is obviously a win for us. But I think barnetts ability to play chess and make tackles second guess themselves and barnetts ability to capitalize on every little opportunity is special
  16. Ahh I gotcha. I remember Humphrey being touted as a top 5 pick everywhere I looked and I was like what the hell film are you guys watching? Lol. I never had him very high but I love his ability to blow up short passes and always liked his upside if he could develop some patience and mentally collect himself a little bit when the receiver gets a half step
  17. I think Barnett is the best pass rusher but he's also a 3 down defender. Williams is hands down the best speed rusher and really Garrett is just the biggest freak.
  18. I won't say Myles Garrett is the most overrated in X years. BUT... of all the super hyped prospects that actually were gonna become great players, Garrett seemed to be more overhyped than most.
  19. So because you don't like the draft as much as others, it's ok for you to spoil it? How about don't damn spoil it when the mods clearly tell you not to? Is it so hard?
  20. I never cooled on vh3, I actually didn't like him at first and he grew on me. And I still think he will be an elite corner once he adjusts to the NFL better. He's still very small and needs to adapt to maximize his abilities as a small shifty corner. but I don't see Humphrey in the same light. Vh3 was incredibly refined yet small and more fluid than fast. Humphrey is a big physical guy who is more explosive/fast than fluid.
  21. I may be in the minority here, but I think Garrett is vastly overrated, as a projection he is elite, but as a rookie I don't think he is the world beater he's made out to be right now. Plus tru makes a great point, his job will be much harder. Williams will have fresher legs and I actually think he disengages better than Garrett, his spin move is about the most impressive pass rush move in this whole draft aside from barnetts dip and bend.
  22. Is it considered a bold prediction to say Tim Williams will have a better rookie year than Myles Garrett?
  23. He is supremely better at off coverage. Wright played off to play safe, Humphrey plays off to play aggressive. He plays off to diagnose the play and come downhill and blow up any short pass. He needs work, but Humphrey defends the short pass as well as any corner I've seen
  24. Brb ordering custom jersey
  25. I really wanna know why he did that lmao. Like that was just the coolest thing ever seen on a football field
