  1. Whatever your all fat losers you gang up on me probably becuz your jealous of my 2% body fat with twitch lean muscle and my smokin hot model gf you losers probably don't even have gfs becuz your all to fat and ugly losers hahahahaxdxdxdxd
  2. No dude you come on now lol. Why are you acting like it isn't totally blatant on film that he dips so low that tackles can't get a hand on him. It's so easy to see for everyone but you apparently. And he's done this against first and second round NFL tackles, big conference guys
  3. Seems @PurpleHorseman puts too much stock in the explosion category and not enough stock in the raw skill and relative motion category
  4. But they can't get their hands on you if you are too low for them, if tackles are forced to wrap around the rushers shoulder and neck area then it's a hold, keeping the chest squared up opens up an opportunity for a clean block, or even just a staggering punch to knock a speed rusher too deep. But the hand fighting keeps the blocker from engaging, and the bend keeps the blocker from making any kind of play, you just really seem to underrate the power of a great bending edge rusher
  5. Tough call. Howard is such a dynamic beast but he's far less proven. What he brings as a run blocker is a very underrated part of his game, he's like another OT out there and coaches wouldn't be able to take him off the field. He's proven to turn dump offs into huge plays, he hasn't had much opportunity to make those jimmy graham style catches but I'll be surprised if he isn't able to, and he runs solid routes in the few times he's gotten the chance. But we need a wr and one of mike wills type... I think I'd have to go with him just because of our investment at TE and the hole at wr. I'm a bpa guy but it's hard to address the same position over and over without seeing what we've got there
  6. Von miller is a totally different monster. He wins with his get off and speed around the edge, he has developed nicely as far as hands go, but this is apples and oranges. Barnett is stronger and has better and more violent hand usage than von miller has a 6 year veteran(I think 6 years is right). You can rush the passer in multiple ways, there is a lot more to it than a quick get off.
  7. Nightmares of Courtney upshaw over Alston Jeffrey and Cordy Glenn *shudders* except we didn't really want upshaw. Who did we pass on for Arthur brown?
  8. All the reaction time in the world means nothing if the tackle can't get his hips lower than the edge rushers shoulders. That's how Barnett has consistently made his burst a non factor, he throws a swipe and keeps his chest clean and then dips his shoulders to the tackles hip level making him untouchable. Low man wins right? Barnett proves that. A tackle can't block a guy who he can't lay a good set of hands on.
  9. Based on rumors and all, but of course those are just rumors. Rb isn't what it used to be 5-8 years ago, teams want that workhorse again. I guess the pats getting back to running the ball changed everyone's minds.
  10. Me jk. Probably mayock. I used to respect Charlie Campbell but he went off the rails this year with the ravens so I'm not riding with him anymore... Robinson and wormley 1 and 2, please no.
  11. If fournette falls anywhere close to 14 Ozzie is ringing phones off the hook because either philly or Indy would be certain to snatch him up. Not happening though, I don't see fournette falling past SF and jax
  12. I wouldn't say all that, I think he's actually got a huge shot to be available, unlikely st this point but far from impossible. I'd say he's as likely to be there as Corey Davis.
  13. you may be missing something regarding reddick... he has potentially the best film of any defender in the class. the only knock on this kid is weight. as far as what he actually has shown on the field, i dont know if any single player has been more impressive in this class. other guys may top him on measurables, but reddick simply jumps off film more than anyone in the class.
  14. are you saying theyre targeting wormley? or that you fear that they are?
  15. Taking into consideration guys who should be available still though, it becomes a different story
  16. Imo, they would be dumb to pass on OJ for him. I love mike Williams but as great of a run blocker oj Howard is and how great of a security blanket he's been, he would fit that power run offense so beautifully and be a hell of an outlet for mariota. You can have average receivers with a TE and run game of that caliber
  17. But you gotta gauge the risk. If a guy is a known woman beater, and you have a major history in that regard on your team, you just can't. There is a thing called press, and the ravens don't want to be known to condone domestic violence by employing players convicted of it. After trying to cover up the ray rice scandal they can't afford to do this. And they shouldn't. Guys who do this really don't deserve the chance of a lifetime to make millions playing a game. For other teams, you decide whether or not it's worth the risk. Doesn't matter if he's an all pro for his first 2 years if he decides to beat up his girlfriend and get put out of the league after. It's like if doctors tell a team that Jonathan Allen won't finish out a rookie contract and could often be inhibited by his arthritis in his shoulder, you don't draft the guy top 5 on the chance that the doctors are wrong, you gauge the risk vs reward and decide if you can afford to miss on that pick when he sits 6 games a year for 4 seasons and then retires. When that happens you can't throw your hands up and act surprised, it was a dumb pick because you knew it would happen. Same applies to bonehead repeat offending woman beaters
  18. How could I be so blind, you're right!
  19. I can live with Robinson, I'd be really pissed if we took him over a lot of available guys and didn't move back, but I can understand it, despite how much I don't like it. However... he and wormley 1 and 2 is gg for me. I'd be done. We need a boost in the run game and we need OL improvement in general, what we don't need is another meatshield on the DL to eat blocks and let substandard players fail to handle the 1on1 opportunities said meatshield grants them, what we need is some players who just match up well and can beat guys without the DLs help, make everyone better across the front by bringing an elite threat, rather than freeing up weak players with large players who DONT pose a threat because they're too damn slow and lumbering to rush the passer. Add the fact that wormley simply isn't a round 2 talent compounds all of that
  20. So what does mcaffrey do to fix these problems...
  21. Don't get me wrong he's far from my first choice. But a few days ago I would've ranted over the pick, but if he happens to be the pick tomorrow, the way I see it after more film review, I would be on board with it 100%. You gotta be blind to not see this guys immense potential, which really shouldn't be that hard to develop into. High character and work ethic guys with this much raw talent don't come by often. I mean hell Myles Garrett isn't exactly refined and he's touted as the next Julius peppers/jevon kearse.
  22. The people saying bosa couldn't bend weren't watching his film. He slipped and fell on occasion because he's so damn big and bending like he's 2 inches shorter and 30lbs lighter. I still don't like mckinleys bend much, but he's one of the rare cases that I think his lean can be improved, he plays with such a low center of gravity he just doesn't use it to flatten the edge when he has the opportunity. That could be developed with better knowledge of when and how to disengage in different ways
  23. I haven't heard his background but I agree with guys overcoming the odds. Torrey smith is a prime example, he over achieved by miles here in Baltimore because he's just an excellent human being who has been through hell and will succeed by appreciating his opportunities and making the most of them. If takk gets in here and busts his hump and learns to play like a pro then he can be really special
  24. Out of the loop here because this is the first I'm hearing about it smh but I must say the fact that he played the way he did with a torn labrum is damn impressive. He played with brute force with that injury and was bench pressing blockers.
  25. I'd be upset with it jUst because foster seems like a legit knucklehead who's bound to be trouble. He's an undeniable talent who would be a welcomed addition, but then again he wouldn't be available to us if he wasn't such a character and concussion risk
