Kenny Britt the ability to be one of those guys.We should sign him.The only reason people don't mention his name along with those other guys is because he has never had a good QB.If Flacco was throwing to him his numbers would explode just like Demaryius Thomas' did when he got Manning.
im not sure though.
britt does have exceptional physical skills but he does not have a good mentality if i have to believe all the reports about him.
so far he has shown questionable hands and sloppy RR.
based on potential and if he is cheap he could be a good signing but do you have faith the ravens have the coaches to make that potential come out?
Ravens havent been that good at getting the best out of a WR.
And with Britt mental issues i have a hard time believing they will get through to him.
He is nice though in madden lol.
i think we should get an OC first and depending on the scheme decide what kind of WR we need.
ideally a Calvin Johnson, AJ green, Fitz like wr who is a physical freak would be ideally but those dont grow on trees.
they need to resign him if only to have some continuity for flacco but i seriously hope he wont get overpaid.
realisticly i see him getting a contract with low salary and high signing bonus keeping his cap number low.
he would probaly get more with the ravens then in FA and its possible the FO will let him see what he can get on the open market and then make an offer in the same range.
Not in the years indicated. According to league records . In those years Castillo is listed as 'Notable Assistant'.
Ref: http://www.pro-football-reference.com/teams/phi/2009.htm
Using this site you can go all the way back in history to a team's 1st game to the last game. Facts. Castillo was more known as technique 'Guru'. He is more accredited for making several linemen Pro Bowlers through precise technique and training regiments.
yeah he was the assisent to the offense coordinator.
his job as an assistent was to coach the o-line lol.
so i other words he was the o-line coach...
Fact:
Castillo was not O-Line Coach in 2006, 2007 (John Harbargh), 2008 Doug Pederson, 2009 Doug Pederson, 2010 Doug Pederson
Fact: Under Castillo Philadelphia’s offense set franchise records in total points (439), total net yards (6,230), and yards per rush (5.4, the NFL’s top mark). With each of the team’s primary running backs averaging more than 5.0 yards per attempt, the Eagles became the first team in NFL history to average at least 4.0 yards per carry in all 16 regular season games, helping LT Jason Peters earn his second-straight Pro Bowl nod. Under Castillo, four linemen earned their firstcareer
Pro Bowl honors: Tra Thomas, Jermane Mayberry, Jon Runyan and Shawn Andrews.

fact people dont even double check their own links they provide as evidence for their argument.
2nd paragraph , 1st line it says and i quote `` Castillo spent his first 16 NFL seasons coaching the Eagles' offense as offensive line coach (1998-2010``.
harbaugh was special teams coach btw lol.
Myth 2: Run game issues lie on Castillo
Personnel is why we sucked this year. Oher has never been good since his rookie year, Gino was unproven but apparently admired by the FO, and KO got injured. Even Yanda had struggles earlier in the year because of his rotator cuff.
Castillo's scheme worked with the Eagles and ZBS has worked wonders with the Texans. We've used the ZBS scheme in the past as well. Castillo, in fact, added wrinkles to help. The guy was such a good O-Line coach, the eagles thought he could coach defense.
Look at the PFF grades, you can't run the ball if three starters are in double negatives. Castillo was an undeserving scapegoat.
Fact: Castillo last 5 years as the o-line coach he almost got the QB murderd with his crap.
2006 eagles gave up 28 sacks
2007 it was 49
2008 it was 23
2009 it was 38
2010 it was 49
should have gotten norv turner last season.
kubiak runs the zone blocking scheme and im not sure our o-line fits that.
we should get an OC that runs power plays.
it will serve the players we have the most IMO.

a RT can be found in the 2nd round and a C as well or later.
we have ryan jensen who for some reason must have been kept on the 53 man rosten even though he was injured.
1st round should be an upgrade at a skill position IMO.
either WR or TE or CB/FS is a stud is there.
i still believe the o-line wasent as bad as it looked and most issues where scheme related.
it was basicially the same players that played together on that SB run.
ofcourse health issues played a part.
Monroe osemele yanda are solid and perhaps with a full year experience starting gino can take the next step.
we should not already throw him away since C is a difficult position to be good at as well...
