  1. You say it also applies to the offense, yet when recalling that SB run you give the defense no credit based on how they played after the outage while giving flacco full credit based on how he played before the outage. makes sense.....
  2. Well the pats dont need it. unlike the niners the pats have been dominating the league for a while now. giving the pats to little credit if you think they needed an extra break like the niners tbh
  3. Pretty sure they went 3 and out coming out of the break. after watching our offense for years i guess you can consider that strong lol
  4. so did flacco and that offense. 6 points after the outage. that is not what you call bad to? only a legit excuse for the offense apperently lol
  5. what where our coaches doing?
  6. Pls stop. held luck to 9 points. Forced numerous turnovers against manning including 1 for a TD and the game clinching that set up the game winning FG. kept brady to 13 points in NE including shutting him out in the 2nd half. kept the niners to 6 points before the lights went out. that is what you called bad? what a joke lol selective memory. the 2012 play off defense was that much better then the regular season defense. Just go look up how many sacks and to they had not to mention points allowed in the play offs up till the lights went out.... hope you did not forget that plenty of the broncos points came on special teams...
  7. ow now all of sudden its a legit excuse? i remember using that excuse to plea for the defense and even bringing up how bad the offense was as well after it happened and got scrutinized for it....
  8. they did not forget. different standards for Joe that is all.....
  9. quite curious on what you wanted him to do considering he pressured on most of his drop backs lol
  10. yup. 3rd and 1 they pass it which leads to a fumble a great field position for the pats. then when in FG range pass it 3 times in a row which lead to first taking a 12 yard sack for a loss, followed by a holding pen taking them out of FG range followed by an incomplete pass lol.
  11. they seem to be on the same page regarding what to do late in the game lol
  12. sounds familiar
  13. wilson, tabor, fournette or cook if they are there or trade back a few spots to get peppers.
  14. If he aint ready in his 3rd season then he probably wont ever be ready to be honest lol.
  15. torrey smith if he is cheaper. he is younger and brings the same as wallace to the table. Perriman should be the #1 receiver since he was drafted to become just that. time for maxx to show up as well. just need to find a slot receiver who can do the dirty work over the middle since camp cant stay healthy.
  16. Their might be a market for this. We could get some funds that we could wire to flacco and perhaps he could consider to take less.
  17. welp got my ticket for the ravens game. quite excited to visit my first real NFL game and it being the ravens. should be much better then the amsterdam admiral days lol
  18. Hurst is a candidate for the RT position?
  19. i'm excited we will be tied for 1st place entering the season.
  20. yup he has to get better. but these guys also need to stay healthy though. to much of a revolving door on the o-line and these skill positions seemed to be made of glass. perriman , maxx and dixon have so much potential but if they keep missing time then well they will become a waste. really hope we resign wagner and maybe get an upgrade at C/LG. starts with the o-line. if everyone is healthy there should be little excuse for not having a quality offense.
  21. well i wanted marcus peters but to bad it did not happen lol. wanted ramsey to but did not happen either. young looks to be pretty darn good. have high expectations for him. its a deep CB class so we should land a solid CB in the 2nd or maybe 3rd. depending on who is there when we pick i still prefer we take the best player rather then just draft for need. Quite frankly after spending a 1st round on a LT , a 1st round on a WR and a 2nd round on a TE in the past 2 drafts , we might as well spend a 1st on a guy like fournette or cook as well lol. Having all those high picks on offense should at some point lead to some results.
  22. 28 is younger then 32 and 31. so when you replace a 32 or a 31 year old with a 28 year old player you are in fact getting younger and not older like you previously stated.
  23. Few rookie CBs are game changers in their first year. Usually takes them a season or 2 to adjust to the NFL. We should certainly try to get a good 1 in the first 3 rounds of the draft but you might wanna lower expectations if you expect him to come in and be a game changer right away.
  24. Go whoever wins the NFC.
