  1. Play like you did against PHILA next week and it is over. This team does not have the killer instinct needed to get far into the post season if they even get the chance to get to round one. No wonder fans left the stadium yesterday in a state of despair. Reality check occurs next Sunday. As for Harbaugh taking the heat for the stupid call that resulted in an INT and allowed the Eagles back into the game, he needs to take charge of his assistant staff once and for all. Even they are complacent at the time they need to step up. A lot of coaches will be looking for jobs in a few weeks. We need to look that pool over and get a competent OC ASAP. It appears that Harbaugh cannot get himself a decent OC just as Billick could not get hold of a consistent QB during his domain as the HC. Each of them has blown through these guys like a wind storm. Time for Bisciotti to take control and make the changes that are needed. It appears that Harbs needs a lot of help in deciding who he needs on his staff. Time to throw some bums off of the Friendship train. This is Baltimore not Phila.
  2. Thank God for small miracles. Hester was done but Harbs couldn't see it. The guy was a definite liability when on the field. The thrill was gone with him and this season proved it. Campanaro will do OK back there for us as long as he can stay healthy.
  3. Going into Foxboro with such momentum and confidence can be what the team needs to carry through the remainder of the season. We can run out the schedule if we continue to play like we did against the Dolphins. Each of the teams that we play now can be had if we can play RAVENS football. It sure feels good to look ahead in a positive light. I would like to se a bit more improvement in the Secondary though. More picks and knock downs would close the door on the teams that we are going to face in the coming weeks.
  4. Great game that we all have been waiting for. A total team effort that was a treat to watch yesterday. They Played like Ravens yesterday for sure. Now ride that wave right into Foxboro and knock off the Brady Bunch. That Steelers game on Christmas afternoon will be huge for the players and the fans. Bring it on.
  5. Whatever happened to running the ball in the 2nd half? Trestman was fired because of that and his overall play selections. Looks like once we get behind someone hits the panic button. Looks more like the QB is doing that more each week now. Throw, throw, throw. Opponents secondary just backs up and stops us from getting first downs. Throw in all of the dumb--s penalties that we get and the games are easily lost. Coaching seems to have no idea how to fix any of it and Harbs looks lost at times. Still see a 7 and 9 Season from here now.
  6. As much as I hate to agree. I agree. He has been TERRIBLE. We'd be 0-7 if we didn't have the best D in the league right now. Hopefully it's confidence that he lost after the injury and it will slwoly come back. A lot does look like focus and preperation though. Hopefully this big win instilled confidence in everyone today. If Joe starts playing well, we are close to unbeatable. Random side note, I really hope Young permately just took Wright's spot. Wright is playing as bad as Flacco this year You really have to wonder about Joe's focus now. He seems like he is not in the game and is just going through the motions every Sunday afternoon. I almost feel that he would rather be home with his family now instead of playing for his outrageous paycheck. Time to look at the QB crop in the upcoming draft. There are some good prospects out there this season.
  7. Wright is playing as bad as Flacco this year Flacco is not the Flacco we all come to expect behind center each week. He must be concerned about the knee more than he lets on. His throwing mechanics are really going south on him this year. As I see it he is not much more than just being a good QB right now and even that at times is questionable.
  8. Agree on that one. When I heard that, I thought does he know what he just said? The D and the Special Teams actually won that game. Joe had another day of looking like he is afraid to step into his throws. The O- Line still is the weak link and their lack luster play is a big contributor to the overall score in each game this year. They need to step it up as a unit and they better begin this week. It don't get any easier from now forward.
  9. Hard to see anyone of these guys playing like a RAVEN. Except Tucker and Koch. They are still getting it done. It looks like Flacco is actually lost out there and is clueless at times.
  10. You nailed it. Every point is dead on target. The time has come to make the changes that we all know needs to turn this team around.
  11. They better be ready. The real test for this team is just ahead and they need to be on track with their game and their focus. Until we see it on the field, you have to wonder about the ability of this team to win convincingly and consistently. They may be close in the end as far as the score goes, but a loss is still a loss any way you frame it.
  12. what can you say to counter these remarks? When you lose to teams the caliber of the JETS, you have hit rock bottom. We are a bum team now and that is a fact that we all need to realize. Listening to Harbaugh and his pep talks just doesn''t get it done anymore. His tenure is just about up as I see it. Once he goes, the house cleaning will begin and it appears to be way overdue at this point.
  13. The O-Line is weak link right now. That unit has to find a way to improve. Until then, the same result can be expected week in and week out. You can bet that Joe has no confidence in the line or himself right now. Why do they play to get a lead then sit on it? When they going gets tough the whole team seems to unravel and you know just how it is going to end. Other teams are seeing this and capitalizing on it. Just wait until the 2nd half and you can take the game away from the RAVENS with ease. Now that falls on the coaching as well as the players. They can see that trend better than we do.
  14. Joe is in a rut and only he can get himself out of it. The O-line is sub par and seems unfixable at this point. Joe can look at his bank account and see why he has no protection. Many of us realized this might happen when they gave him that fat contract after the SB. He struck while the iron was hot and now he is paying for that as he should. And so are the fans that are paying to watch his sorry butt go through the motions each week. Time to step off and sell Fords for a living Joe.
  15. As bad as it looks right now, it is going to get a lot worse when we come back from the BYE. The tougher teams are on the schedule from then onward. Ravens cannot beat anybody right now. Coaching is terrible to say the least and they just throw out words at the end of the game. No big deal to any of them. Paychecks just keep coming. We can throw them all under the bus , but it won't change a thing right now. We are the worst team in the league after losing to the "woeful Jets". Still wondering how they even one 4 games during the pre-season. Harbs keeps selling the BS to the fans week after week and we buy it. It looks like the fan base has finally discovered the truth doesn't it? Who are these guys kidding, We are the BROWNS.
  16. A sorry effort from a sorry team. This one is all on JOE. Time to watch something else other than this crap each weekend.
  17. Time to play these younger guys and see if they can cut it in the NFL. Holding onto the question marks only to discover later that they are not ready is not acceptable to the team and the fan base. A lot of talk about the "next man up", but when push comes to shove, many fall short and that is on the coaching as I see it. We seem to draft a lot of guys who wind up falling short in many ways. The list is growing yearly now and that needs to stop if we are ever going to retake the division and get to the post season. We surely are not headed there in 2016.
  18. Looks like it is time for "Elvis to leave the building" for good to me. He did well for a couple of years and now it is time to step off and realize that it is his time to take the next step in his life. These guys have a very hard time realizing that the end has come and so has that big paycheck.
  19. Damn. Looks like Deja Vu to me. Injuries are piling up again. At least we get a bye week and then the toughest part of the schedule is upon us. Does not look good for the team effort from here. Just hoping that the team can be competitive and play smart even if they are not able to pull of wins consistently. Guys need to step up and learn to play with some heart even when they hurt. That is what the real men in in the day. Looks like that is no history too.
  20. Oh Yeah! I am ecstatic over this one. They just righted the ship. Look out Pittsburgh. There are a lot of DB's that are looking for a team. They may not be A-listers, but surely one of them has to be a better choice than Asa. Our front office has lost the ability to bring in the talent we need. Hester is a bust and signing him never made any sense to this fan.
  21. Paying Flacco all that money after the SB has finally come back to bite the org in the butt. Now they have to cheap it out and everyone can see how that is working out for us. Like they say, "Maybe next year". Don't bet on it though. Like Billick had to be given the gate, it is time for Harbaugh to take that route too. He is as ineffective as the team right now. A house cleaning is in order and then the rebuild begins all over again.
  22. RELAX. That is what I read here. Why not? The tam does each time it gets a few points. Where is that killer instinct that a team must have to be a consistent winner? The RAVENS are no longer the RAVENS that we expect to see every Sunday. Our Secondary has to be one of the worst in the league after the first 6 games. If not then close to it. Harbaugh needs to kick some of these guys to the street. The ones that keep committing the mistakes that result in penalties need to be gone. 100 yds and more each week in Penalties is a killer. Plain and simple. That is on him too. I thought that was the one thing that he cannot tolerate.
  23. Purple Reign3 hit it. HARBAUGH is the root of the problem. His time here is up. Cannot get the job done any longer even with all of the "great Talent that this year's team has". That turns out to be a joke on the fan. Team is better at PR work and making commercials. Matter of fact so is Harbaugh. Where is the focus now? Not on the field and that is evident every Sunday. Maybe Joe should try selling Fords after all. Trestman must have had a laugh or two yesterday.
  24. DB's are terrible and have no idea how to cover. Harbaugh has no idea what is happening. The look on his face now says it all. Where is the guy that hates penalties and won't tolerate them? The whole team seems more interested in PR work and commercials now. Now is the time to take control of the Division and they are playing like cellar dwellers. A 7-9 record looks more unlikely now. I can see the Browns having a better record than the RAVENS and that really ticks me off since we have "so much talent on the team". Time to find something new to do on SUNDAY afternoons for this fan.
  25. Play like A RAVEN Really, just what does that really mean anymore? The 3 wins must have been pure luck. The only consistency with this team is that they now find a way to lose. Coaching is the culprit as I see it. Players are undisciplined and have a knack for killing any momentum they may have at any point in a game. Cannot watch this crap anymore. Harbaugh needs to go and so does the whole coaching staff. Sarah Brightman is singing their song TIME TO SAY GOODBYE.
