    No one wants to hear the word "rebuilding"... But, we should use the rest of the season to "rebuild" the nucleus of this team around the younger players. Since we won't go to the playoffs, the best path is to get good draft picks at the same time as giving a chance to potential future starters now. I am not saying that we should lose on purpose - that teaches nothing. But, we should develop young players who could hopefully lighten the salary burden of others.
