SEA Receives
5th round pick from SD[0.5 Stars]
SD Receives
Alvin Bailey[0.50 Stars added]
Confirmed.
LT - Michael Roos
LG - Andy Levitre
OC - Brian Schwenke
RG - Chance Warmack
RT - Andre Smith
I'm excited about this offensive line with 4/5 returning and having time to gel and adding a dominate RT in Andre Smith. Add in Nate Washington, Justin Hunter, Kendall Wright, and Delanie Walker and a QB is set up for success in Whiz' offense. Whether that is Jake Locker or not is yet to be seen. Haha
That's a mighty powerful right side. Terrific addition in Smith.
The Seattle Seahawks:
Apply the Franchise Tag to Michael Bennett (DE) - 11 Stars
Tender RFA Doug Baldwin (WR) with a 2nd round selection - 2 Stars
The Seahawks are looking to upgrade at OG, TE, WR, and RT. Could also use pieces at DT, DE, CB and LB. Willing to offer players and picks. Currently shopping:
Chris Clemons
Sidney Rice
Cliff Avril
Bruce Irvin
Red Bryant
Zach Miller
among others. PM me if interested.
I'm about to go to bed. Someone that will be online want to get my picks so we can keep it rolling?
I'll be on tonight. Feel free to PM me a list of teams.
And darn you taking the Seahawks lol!
I'm sorry. I just saw that in the other PM right before picking. I feel bad about that, but there is one team still out there that I was strongly considering. I feel like you might as well.
Good Choice Truth
Thank you kindly. I'm surprised they lasted this long. They were one of the first on my list alongside of the Texans, 49ers and another active team. I'll try to catch up on what I've missed in the CoCo threads.
Sorry for the hold up. I had a hectic, hectic week between school, work and familial issues. That aside, may I have a little time to choose my team? I was also hoping that we would've waited until the weekend with the team choosing.
Pretty much a nice layup lol
Exactly.
I hate the attention Blake Griffin's, "dunk," is receiving. He threw the ball at the basket. To me, the poster is about more than just the degree of difficulty of getting to the bucket. It's also about the velocity of the slam in the face of an attempt to contest the shot. And with regards to the latter, there's a serious question of whether his hand even touched the rim. Sauce.
That 360 dunk Wall did last night was sick. Only thing WSH needs is a legit scoring threat.
Imagine the assists Wall would get. He's averaging 8.9 with the current group. Unfortuante I don't think Otto Porter is the guy, FA is the way to go IMO.
Bradley Beal looks to be a legit scoring threat.
POR was stupid for letting him play 8 days after surgery.
He did return sooner than anticipated. The unfortunate part of the situation with Roy was that he had to have his meniscus shaved down. The issue was degenerative, and after several years in the NBA, he lacked the cartilage in his knees. It was such a shame since Roy was one of my favorite players.
For the sake of his career, I'm glad that Derrick Rose's surgery will shelve him for the rest of the season. Because had they been unable to repair his meniscus, they would've had to shave it down. He would've been able to return within two weeks, but it would've meant risking bone on bone contact. The same thing that happened to Brandon Roy.
Might be career over for him. Is that the knee he injured before?
It's his other knee, if I'm not mistaken.
It's way too awkward to see in #22. I'm waiting for him to retire after this season so that I can buy his jersey again. I'll just pretend that this season didn't happen. Wipe the memory clean.
How has George been underrated? He's always been a good defender, has been improving on offense each year and already looks like a superstar. Been looking like a great player with tremendous potential from the start. I thought that was the consensus by both the media and the fans.
Kanter will be a very good player, he can play. So can Sullinger, as long as his back holds up.
Perhaps there was a misunderstanding. I was saying that he was underrated several years ago when I began following him, which was in the '10-'11 season, if I remember correctly. He certainly isn't underrated now. Agreed on his potential and the general consensus regarding where he stands.
Agreed on Kanter and Sullinger. The concerns with Sullinger's back could follow him throughout his career, so I hope for his sake that his issues with work ethic don't resurface.
As unsurprising as it is, given that he was among my favorite underrated players since a few years ago, Paul George's mid-range jumper looked nearly unstoppable last night. The kid is scary. Also happy to see Enes Kanter and Jared Sullinger playing well.
I liked Jordan Mills as a prospect, so I'm not overly surprised, but it doesn't look promising for Webb.
same here, wanted him for my team too
That makes two of us, especially since I'm slightly drawn towards pairing a speed RB with a power back.

Wow. Devin McCourty with Eric Berry is a deadly combination.
