  1. My selection will be in shortly.
  2. I'm confident it is too. I was considering drafting him over Chandler. He's an outstanding block, and a solid receiver. He should be pushing for a starting job from here on in.
  3. Damn. There goes Travis Kelce. Love that pick. He would've been my next selection.
  4. The pick is in. I'm living dangerously with selecting another real-life FA, but Nick Barnett had two very solid seasons in 2011 and 2012, without missing a single start. He was cut because of a failed physical, but as Ian Rapoport pointed out afterwards, it meant little since, "Any team can make any player fail a physical." Barnett's a stop gap option given his age, but he's still a dependable every down LB, and that's more that I could ask for in one of the final rounds.
  5. I see Joe Morgan getting his shot first, especially since Sean Payton stated that he believe that Morgan can be their #3.
  6. Very good pick in Greer. Surprised he lasted this long. He was one of the best performers on an atrocious defense last season.
  7. Thank you. It was an absolute must, and as will I. The Titans are a true wildcard coming into the season. They've shored up the OL and WR corps. As long as Chris Johnson shows up for more than a handful of games, Locker should be in an ideal scenario, and will likely be one of two key determining factors in their success or lack thereof, along with their defense.
  8. I forgot all about Rodney Hudson. Terrific pick.
  9. Thank you. Out of that group, Scott Chandler's the only player with questionable speed, but I feel like I've surrounded him enough of it otherwise to offset his lack of down the field ability and allow him to utilize his 6'7 frame to be a sizable target in the middle. I don't expect Jake Locker to magically develop into a top tier passer, so surrounding him with capable YAC WRs felt like a must. Both Steve Smith and Darrius Heyward-Bey were within the Top 15 in forced missed tackles at their position in 2012, and Cordarrelle Patterson made a living in this department in Tennessee, so the quick slants and underneath screens should be of help in getting and keeping Locker in rhythm. C.J. Spiller will figure into the passing game as well, being one of the better, if not one of the best receiving RBs last season. That being said, the Offense will likely revolve around #28. This should keep Locker from having forcing to force his hand in order for this side of the ball to be successful.
  10. lol I wish I could, but I would've failed the deadline. It's up.
  11. My apologies then. It's difficult to tell tone over text, you know? So I figured it was a serious remark. Sorry.
  12. By many, are you referring to the roughly three or so members who've inquired about it? The, "begging," is an overstatement of its own. The roster page will be up by tomorrow.
  13. Thank you. I made the front seven a priority from the first pick on and it's coming together nicely at this point.
  14. The pick is in. Branch had a down season compared to his 2011 performance, but he still fared very well outside of their first match up with San Francisco. It was a difficult game to watch, but to his defense, their entire Defensive Line was dominated that day from what I remember. That being said, Branch is 28 with little tread on the tires, and has had several solid seasons under his belt. He'll man the middle between JJ Watt and Richard Seymour.
  15. Ha. That's a neat coincidence. And thank you.
  16. Thank you. I was actually surprised that he was bypassed in this last round, as I wanted to take him in the round before, but I decided to gamble on him still being there and was glad that it worked out.
  17. The pick is in. Chandler did suffer an ACL tear late in the season, but he's on pace to be a full participant in Training Camp, and developed into a solid option in the passing game for Buffalo. He's not spectacular, but with the weapons around him, he likely won't have to be. He'll give Locker a big target in the middle of the field.
  18. Both, though more the latter. But mostly because I haven't listened much to him, so it's not a matter of preference but experience, rather.
  19. Been rocking out to Lupe Fiasco, John Legend - Never Forget You due to the current circumstances.
  20. He does. It's just that I was asked by nflfan123 to post this message.
  21. Just wanted to give everyone a heads up in that nflfan123 will no longer be with us. His NFL team will be taken over by 5superbowlsandproud.
  22. You and me both. That he did, and I agree about how well he complements the other two.
  23. Love the Sanu selection, by the way. He was by far one of my top WRs left.
  24. That he has, which makes this selection a risky one, for sure. It wouldn't shock me neither. I just didn't see anyone else on the board that could fit both fronts as well as Seymour who's as dominant when playing. If that makes sense.
