  1. I've had him on board ever since watching Hansen and being impressed by the throws. I like Webb's upside. Would've likely been my selection had he fallen to my 4th. Good pick.
  2. LOL @ the LOL.
  3. lol Ah, I see. That's fair.
  4. Sad to see Perine go. He looks like a Michael Turner clone. Good pick.
  5. Confirmed on behalf of @RavensFanMania.
  6. I don't know that I can personally agree on them having more pass rushing potential than any other team. There's a good bit of upside with the new infusions. I expect Ansah to bounce back given that he was hobbled with injuries throughout the season. Williams should certainly juice up the pass rushing corps, at least from what I've read about him. But Ward is coming off a struggling season, and Matthews has been on a downward trajectory the past two seasons. Nkemdiche is a wild card. That being said, as far as potential goes, my current defensive front in the Nickel will consist of the DPoY Khalil Mack, Sheldon Richardson, Frank Clark and Aldon Smith. And I'll have Bruce Irvin as the Spinner Sam. Richardson should return to being an interior terror after the switch back to DT, and of Clark's 10 sacks this season, they came at 1T, NT, 3T, RE, W9-RE and OLB. It's difficult for me to look at that group and assess them as having inferior potential to the Lions' corps. That's just me.
  7. Most certainly lol My only concern with him was that he was very much reliant on the outside rush and the hips were a little stiff on inside counters. But I've seen some placed have him in the first two rounds, so it definitely looks like good value at this point.
  8. Thank you. That's good to hear, and it's a relief as well. I've been warming up to Willis myself, so it's a solid pick as well.
  9. Strongly considered moving down but the recent selections of Henderson and Ford coupled with the worry that Hansen might be selected within the next dozen picks and gave me enough of a pause to simply take him at this spot. I've liked Hansen as a prospect for some time now, and even though I have Brandin Cooks, Keenan Allen and Adam Thielen, the possibility of losing Allen to injury would push Thielen into a starting role, vacating the No.3 spot. Figured it'd be best to have two insurance policies for Allen in place just in case.
  10. With the 31st pick in the 3rd round of the 2017 Forum Mock, the Oakland Raiders select... Chad Hansen | WR | Cal
  11. My 3.31 is currently OTC. Looking to trade down a few spots and net a pick in return.
  12. I like the Ford pick. Still entertaining offers to trade down. I'm hoping to drop no more than a few spots. PM me if you're interested.
  13. No worries. It's full understandable. I'm running on fumes myself so I can understand entirely.
  14. @rmw10 Just a heads up. I think you may have posted in the wrong thread.
  15. Oakland is looking to move back from 3.31 into no further than the early 4th. PM me if you're interested in trading up. I'm also considering sending it straight up for a good, young DT.
  16. Confirmed.
  17. On behalf of @RavensFanMania... With the 26th pick in the 3rd round of the 2017 Forum Mock, the Seattle Seahawks select... Gerald Everett | TE | South Alabama
  18. Appreciate you looking out.
  19. Still looking to trade into the bottom of the 3rd. I can offer a 4th, a 6th and a depth player like Ben Heeny.
  20. By the way, definitely a fan of the Henderson pick. He's somewhat of a terror in the open field.
  21. I don't have an issue with the post itself. It was more of a preemptive warning to make sure that the tentative, not previously discussed offers aren't placed in the Trade thread.
  22. @Yatagarasu No posting tentative trades. We had enough of that from you in the previous FM.
  23. Agreed on all accounts. It made for fun tapes to watch. The guy had to fight against 40 burgers on a weekly basis like he was Terrence Cody's cholesterol levels.
  24. Sitting behind Brees could do wonders for Mahomes. He's the epitome of a project, but one of the better qualities about Mahomes is that he's been vocal about recognizing the issues with his technique and stating that he always uses constructive criticism to better his weaknesses. He spoke about Brees specifically at the Combine, stating that he would love the opportunity to sit behind him and pick his brain on a daily basis. It's fair to wonder whether he can control his gunslinger mentality, but I feel like he should be cut some slack due to the fact that he was asked to shoulder the load on an almost astronomical level at times. One of the most mind-numbing numbers with relation to Mahomes is that the Texas Tech defense allowed an average of 40 points per game through their 12 games. In addition, their OL was shoddy, they don't have a single other player projected to be drafted, and their leading rusher amassed 428 yards, which I can't place entirely on the air-raid approach given that DeAndre Washington broke the 1,100 yard mark in his last two seasons there. In almost every game, there were one or two plays wherein he took terrible ill-fated deep throws that were almost intercepted. It's a wonder whether he'll work through that mentality given that his surrounding talent would likely be better and that he won't have to force these throws nearly as often as he did in college. But the raw foundation is there in my eyes. He can make every throw, he looks downfield when he scrambles and he steps up into the pocket when he's pressured from the outside during the throw. He was absolutely worth the gamble at this point. At best, you've secured a future starter after Brees retires. At worst, it's a loss of a late 3rd round selection.
