If anything this game has to offer, is Steve Smith(and maybe Doom& Pitta) last appearance in Ravens uniform. Hope all 3 of those guys perform. We didn't make the playoffs. But lets see some fireworks vs. Bengals. Beat them down and go off with a good last game of the season for all 3 of them.

Unfortunately, this is not a charity organization. Whoever that does not perform to his contract should always be reevaluated. "Right player, Right price" Lets get back to fixing our budget to have a chance of bringing in more quality playmakers and depths into our team. That doesn't only go for Pitta, it also goes for Doom and Flacco.

-budgeting- Ravens 'were' (among other past SB teams) Superbowl contenders because their overall roster had a better talent than the other team. For us, What changed? When did we become SB contenders every year to not being in playoffs 3of 4years? Well that started soon as our budgeting going off the rails. We need to get back to fixing our budgets on players. Get back to *'Right player, right price mentality'*. Ever since the flacco contract fiasco, we stopped filling our roster with enough talents depths and playmakets on all sides of the ball. We have talent, but we lack more playmakers and quality depths and that is b/c we our money are on players who are underperforming on their contracts. We need to get greater values on contracts we have. That is what we use to do. Get better value for what we paid for. FO will do their best to hit on gems @FA on treasure dumps and draft, but at the end of the day you have to scrap out dumpster in your own yard to clean up the town. Joe Flacco and Doom are focal starters that has to agree to a new deal. They did not deliver on their end of the bargain and it is hurting the team severely. Not only because their own salary is bad, but also because of future contracts. Flacco and Doom has been injured, but there is no charity money bc you are hurt. You get paid to perform for the team. Not to be a fan favorite and look pretty. 'Right player, right price'. Get back to how that worked. -to much 'chances' on underperforming players- We have several gunk that we gave another year of chance but clearly did nothing to contribute: Arrington, Kendrick, Elam. Get them out of here. We also need to give some of our lackluster drafts an ultimatum: Perrimen, Carl, Maxx all have to be the best at their position or at least capable to being #1 before regular season start or get them out. That message has to be clear: we are not a charity organization. Maxx and Perrimen being #1 &#2 choice on draft especially hurts. They should be by now main focal points of our offense, but they are often injured and lack conditioning and durability to start in NFL. --team chemistry-- I think so far Ravens have done pretty well sticking together. Players abd cosches respect each other. Messages are getting across. Players and coaches are taking accountability. Jets and Jaguars 'TUNED' out their coaches until the blame shifted on the coaches. Then miraculously players finally 'showed' up and started performing better soon as they got fear on their lazy asses with their job on the line. ---this is what loser organization do. Constant circus of new coaches and new trendy attempt to do something different when all it really is..is to simply perform. We have the same effect on our OCs. We put too much pressure to shift the blame on OC, only to pick a new one pretty much every 2 year. There is no accountability on players and continuity especially on offense. Pick a OC, make sure he stays make sure players tune in and listen to the message. That is harbaugh's job to some extent. But also his job to weed out the poison and be fair and stop being 'bias'. Its clear the shift on blame goes onto the OC much heavier then Flacco and the offense. Works both ways.

SMH on criticism of Brandon Williams. He is one of best interior lineman out there. Please stop with the nonsense. Its just a matter of money. If he goes K.O. on us, he'll find another team. We will always offer a fair deal, but it is what it is. Simple as that.

Britt is fairly a different receiver than what he use to be. He is alot more of a slot than a outside receiver. His doing fairly well in that new role. Plus he fits our budget if need be as alternate option imo. I say Gorcon fits the bill. Drug offenders rarely drop dead turkey on their bad habits. Some 'miami' team will offer him money and he will be 'injured' than moment later come back only to fail a test: waste of 7-10m/yr. Knowing Flacco, he needs a highly experienced veteran slot receiver. He does not know how to build rapport with young receivers/drafts. Gorcon played with mediocre QBs and still produced. If at worst Flacco can produce with Gorcon.

Watched plenty of Giants game. Cruz is done. He is a drop machine and he has absolutely no speed. He had plenty of opportunity with Eli this season as #3 WR. All he did for Giants is tip the balls and make it into INTs. If Garcon is available I'd go after him than Cruz.

It's easy, Flacco sucks. You can go back to Jets game this season(perhaps the most pathetic team this past decade). Flacco went 0 TD + 2 INT + just barely over 55%completion rate. Then look at any QB that went against Jets this season. He is the least efficient 3rd down QB starter this season. Lower than Bortles and Osweiler. You have a veteran QB that has the same trait: Overt inaccurate throws(overthrow/underthrows), Zero sense of field awareness, Eyeing 1 target almost all the time, Systematic QB that only knows how to hit stride with highly established veteran WRs. Joe has zero chance when it comes to building rapport with new receivers. I am almost 100% sure we will draft quite a few handful of WR @ this draft, but more likely than not, he will fall into relying on veteran WRs next year(whoever that might be).

Harbaugh is one of the best HC out there. Keep him here. He is not the issue.

Yea stubborn about not worshipping your mighty Joe Flacco. Sorry i ticked off this Flacco worship forum. We left off at least 10 points off the board kicking FGs that shouldve been more points. Anyone past 2 week saw what happened w/o Jimmy. Our defense were not going to be stout w/o him. It showed. It was upto our offense to win it. Did not happen.

Cj mosley and Orr handed Joe to steelers territory. Without it, Joe had 1 good drive. 1 TD out of all that opportunity and instead dud joe got Tucker scoring majority of the points. Vs. Eagles last week. Our defense literally hand-plated Joe 2 TD right on eagle's endzone. Without it, Joe did didly squat last week.

You wont win with passing 1 TD vs. Steelers. And you can't win having Steeler score 31 pts. Not having Jimmy hurt us keeping Powers as #2 and Tavon as #1. SSS who is our best receiver is gone. With Flacco being the worst efficient 3rd down passer in the league, not having Steve is going to hurt next year. We need to get back to our roots and get back to 'right player right price' Clean up the gunk, and that starts with Flacco shaving his massive contract. B/C he is a dud QB. We could also shave off ton off ineffective DBs that hasn't done squat(kendrick lewis/arrington) as well as Watson. Create a room to bring in playmakers into this team. We need major TALENT in the team. Not 'good boys' but PLAYMAKERS. We'll see what happens next year.

Joe's sack #/hit #s are in middle of the pack. If you are really watching football, what is happening to David Carr? He got hit so bad they were trying to put him in a locker room, but he is still out there producing. Same goes for Brady that has a swoll knee and is getting beat up there right now. Still producing. Other QBs face just as much or more adversity than Joe, but Joe is doing jack squat. I watch other games every week and for those that actually watch some football outside of Ravens can see this. Im watching the Carolina/Raiders game right now, and TB/Hawks game before and the argument that Flacco has a 'poor line play' is a joke. He has it good enough to produce.

Trent Edwards/Alex Smith can have 70% completion percentage. Don't mean squat if your not putting points on the board. If you don't recall Tucker had to Field Goal +50 FGs. Your not moving the chain. What relevance does 70% have if he couldn't do squat on drives?

If I remember correctly he couldn't throw one @ cowboys game after 1st TD also. He had 4 more drives on 1st half. What did he do with those drives? @ this Bengals game one 1TD that also came on 1st drive. Then after that what happens? for another extra TEN freaking drives Flacco couldn't do anything with it. Was that all 'someone elses fault' on that one too?

Flacco's great drive @ 4th quarter with 5 minute left. Score was 12 to 19. I would argue that was a pivotal moment to secure a win. Instead the play goes: Hand the ball to T.West = no gain Underthrows easy dink to Jusczcyk for 5 yards, incomplete. Bad dink to Pitta for 9 yards. 3 and out. The drive lasted a little over 1minute and 12 seconds. Then we had to batt 5 passes from Andy Dalton to save our team from choking. I could also remember another drive right after our 1st TD drive. The very next offensive drive w/ another 3 and out. This time a 'no huddle' play that every flaccopologist likes. Short dink to Dixon. Incomplete. Then throws it to Dixon w/ exact same play. Negative yard gain. Then Dump it to run T.West negative gain. Lasts less than 1minute and half.

I called him out b/c his the issue. Its the same things every week with you and codizzle and the rest of flacco worshippers. No common sense gets in your head so it is pointless responding.
