  1. You might want to check "Luck, Wilsons,Rodgers" number relative to Joe Flacco's overall numbers. Thanks for at least comparing some good QBs to Joe Flacco rather than crappy ones like Brock Osweiler to see if we are getting value.
  2. Because you don't just win with just QB. Your overall roster has to have value greater than the other team. To do that you need to have the 'right player at right price' exceed the price they can perform on
  3. If we draft a new QB, and he pans out. And he receives the contract that his overall performance then yes you pay him. Joe was never going to perform on those contracts. And who says 'people care' about what they got paid on when QB won their SB? That is not the argument i am making. What i am saying is, in order to win the Superbowl, you need to have players that better than the opponent overall. You do that by 'right player, right price' Thanks for having me put up the numbers and still arguing. I did exactly what you asked me again and again. You still want to argue. Its pointless Would we pay Aaron Rodgers/Tom Brady/Brees what they get paid? I would say yes if we had the chance. But we dont
  4. And I never disagree on that. No one says they should. But what we paid Joe is nowhere near what he should be making. It is not market value to Ravens b/c you cannot win with the performance Joe is putting up and maintain a roster to win SB.
  5. All i did was answer people's question. B/C all folks that are arguing with me is just basically here discredit me. I am giving them them my opinon and i am free to do so. I see that you made zero effort in reading anything i've said and you are taking sides. You need to just be a moderator and stop joining in on the bullying. Thanks.
  6. Like i said(i dont know if ppl are not listening) what did the QBs make when they won the SB?
  7. Okay...ill put all the listings of what QBs in SB made that year. 681k Rusell Wilson 2013 contract(cap) 6.5m Aaron Rodgers 2010 contract(cap) 14m Eli Manning 2011 contract (cap) 8m Joe Flacco 2012 contract (cap) 14.8m Tom Brady 2014 contrat(cap) 17.5m Peyton Manning 2015 contract (cap) What i wanted to say is not exclusive to QB but the whole roster. You will see that the overall roster has a balanced pay, especially QBs. Need to eat...brb
  8. This doesn't tell me what the past QBs made on the year they won the SBs.
  9. You did what?
  10. Well I guess its perception. We can agree to disagree.
  11. One good year out 4year deems what Flacco makes? I dont know about that
  12. I can but its a lot of work. I hope have some logic in you to understand that it will be if i put up all the numbers and explanation. I hope you can stop troll baiting and understand me then if it makes sense. Or will you constantly just flip out and just go ape on everything i say? Will you really listen and do that?
  13. Except those QBs won those Superbowls on the old contract with a different roster right? They got those contracts after the SB. Doesn't mean they will not win another one though. I also didn't say all teams should just draft a new QBs every 5 years. You seem to be confused with the troll baits are using and making those words onto mine. Our market value should be 'right player right price' That is the basic gist of my message. For us, Flacco 120m was not that. And we are seeing the result of that contract right now. Our offense is putrid.
  14. Nice logic. Well I guess that is all it really boils down to you. Thanks for making me answer every question you had for me, and answering nothing I asked of you(which was basically just 1 question
  15. I still haven't seen any of my questions answered after I answered 1000 of them. Any chance someone can look up and research successful QB contracts? Instead of just bad ones that didnt pan out?
  16. Or it could be you have 2 good QBs then, then evaluate the process from there. 2 Good QBs is better than just 'waiting until the contract is over and start figuring out then.
  17. You said alot of things, but ill be more specific on what 'words you were putting on my mouth" "Realistically you can't say -- well I think $20m is too much for you. Take $12m. Well ok - thanks!! or forget paying a QB $20m who might win a SB.... I'll just draft better every 5 years. "
  18. No that is not what I mean. Based on our scenario that we are in right now. I would starting looking for new QBs on next draft. Doesn't mean that is what every team should follow. But that is mo
  19. Folks, stop comparing loser QBs and think that is a way to SB heaven. Stop bringing loser teams and value that as we should do.
  20. I would say other than Peyton Manning for last year, the past 5 SB winners won the SBs with their old contract. Don't see any of them with 'overpaid' contract that won with that new contract. Nope. Overpaying QBs hasn't panned out.
  21. i go back to what i agreed with you earlier, you know, things can change very quickly in NFL. that 20m can change. NFL looks at superbowl winners and winning teams in general and copycat them.
  22. You can always have the option to eat the dead money. Just need to figure out when. Could do that if you found a good QB @ draft maybe.
  23. You are just putting words onto people's mouth.....seriously.
  24. Nope you can't. But I think our scenario is best to start looking for new QBs. High draft or NOT, just start the evaluation process now. Waiting until '2020' isnt the only option out there.
  25. People said that, in that exact word right?
