  1. Upshaw will forever be a great pick due to his FF. Idc idc
  2. True! Great job at correcting me and explaining it all correctly. I view it as a major positive. Not only for our drafting record but for coaching.
  3. No bullcrap, I would do it if it were possible lol. Those two would would be the faces of our D for years and immediately throw us in the very top tier of teams. In fact, I would trade all of this years draft for just those two. We'd have to hit a few late round guys guys next year (which we might get a 3rd round comp for K.O.) - We would have no other glaring needs except for DE/Edge.
  4. Trade our 1st,2nd & two 4th's for Ramsey Next years 1st,2nd,4th for Jack. It will be like Ray and Ed never left
  5. No what I mean is in the last 7 years we've lost the most players to other teams who sign them away from us. We're a factory for producing overall talent and bringing in the right guys.
  6. Love what DeCosta said the other day...In the last 7 years, no other team has had more money spent on their players than us. Says so much about this franchise from top to bottom.
  7. I prefer Bosa to Buckner but part of me really wants to see Buckner & Williams next to eachother. That's an intimidating combo of size right there. Also prefer Bosa to VH3 but it's definitely close. Could make great arguments for both and would be happy with both. I just give the edge to pass rushers vs cover men. Would be happy trading back for Shaq if he were guaranteed to fall to us.
  8. CD and Alvarez my picks to click today. We're a 90+ win team if healthy IMO. Not so confident in playoff success with current SP though.
  9. So I learned in the comics it was Glenn. I doubt they follow the same path but I could see it. Plenty of good reasons for all of them. I think Rick, Daryl and Carl are the only sure ones that could be rulled out. Aaron & Eugene probably. Maggie too I guess. I take back what I said earlier. Abraham, Michonne, Glenn in that order. Each one could take that first hit like a champ. If they don't have the balls to do it and take out Aaron or Eugene, I would have a real problem. Ahhh so so many possibilities. Gonna be long summer.
  10. Yeah they're dragging it out since how successful it's been. To each their own I suppose. I still enjoy it despite some flaws. Still far exceeds my standards of current tv shows. Besides Better Call Saul and FTWD, there's nothing else on that interests me.
  11. Well, it is entertainment.. Divine and unlikely events naturally occur paving the way for the next one.
  12. That's fair. I think with the introduction of a new badass antagonist those arcs will present themselves more frequently. The way I look at it, the series has been at the point where walkers are no longer considered a main threat. They've become more confident and are more prone to basic human mistakes. It's been missing a great villain since the Governor. Not to say Terminus and the Police Hospital weren't enjoyable, just not like having someone you love to hate. I hated watching the character development episodes in most of season 4 until I rewatched but I enjoy it more as a whole and how it all connects up to this point.
  13. I enjoyed the season overall. I wanted more action too but the letdown to me mainly comes from not knowing. I'll get it over it though. Very intense throughout.
  14. I've been re-watching TWD from the beginning these past few weeks and it's a much better show when you get to binge watch and not wait in between seasons. Letdown finale, but I don't understand how anyone cannot still enjoy this. It's been this way since the start.
  15. Disappointed. 6-7 month wait after that is just downright evil. I've guessed Maggie all the way up to this point but now my gut is telling me Abraham. The way he was driving and the sun glare in the background, wanting a kid, being close to Sasha(kiss of death) being the most physically strongest and showing the most heart. Maggie mostly because she's prego and in bad shape, they'll have no use for her and make Negon more evil They've buttered them all up but those two just make the most sense to me. Actor who plays Negon killed it. He owned it all the way.
  16. I see him playing a Suggs role, defending the edge and moving all over whenever needed. He'll always find a place in our defense with the versatility he brings. If you're saying in the hypothetical of Suggs/Doom/Z/Bosa/Spence, he'll be apart of that great rotation and eventually replace Suggs role full time when he hangs em up. (Which sadly could be after this year.)
  17. I don't believe he will be. If he is, I hope we rush to take him regardless. Bosa + Spence, Buckner + Spence, Jack + Spence all look great to me.
  18. Well if we end up drafting a RB at 6, we better scheme around featuring him for at least the next 4-6+ years. He also better be among the very top in production during those years. If he's not, he'll be a gigantic bust that could set a franchise back....I get that he's a beast and I hate having to put him down but he's a luxury we can't afford at 6. I think back these past few years of all the RB's taken late or through FA and the impacts they've had. Talent at RB is great. But scheme fit, players around them, age & coaching can make a good one look great and not cost the 6th overall pick.
  19. Disagree. I look at players in the first round, top 10 especially, as building blocks for years to come. Players who will shine whatever the situation is. Unless a team is stacked on both sides would I view them as complimentary pieces.
  20. I do strongly agree with your last part on how perfect Trestman would be for him, however Bell was taken in the 2nd. Not 6th overall. And yes an elite back can make a difference. Up until they're injured, (and my guess is they're the most injured and shortest life position) or the game dictates differently, (still will have impact but minimal) I'm aware it's a completely different scenerio but even if he lived up to AP's status, look at where thats gotten the Vikings...If we had a Cowboys oline I would understand it better. Just much rather take advantage at the rare spot were picking at and draft a game changing pass rusher, cover man or receiver.
  21. I don't like the idea of building an offense around a RB in today's league. Especially since how easy it is to find serviceable backs and the current ones we have now. That would be awful reliant on a player who mainly relies mostly on the 10 infront of him and the game situation. Not to mention the heavy workload Elliot would be expected to endure scares the crap out of me. 6 is too high to invest in him since we're a team with a plethora of other needs at more crucial positions. Makes me feel like a hypocrite liking the idea of Jack at 6 since the typical unwritten rule is no RB or ILB in the top half of the 1st, or even 1st all together, but Jack would be more beneficial for our defense than Elliot our offense, IMO. Both do it all at a high level but the way the league has become and headed plays a big part on my opinion. ..also because Jack could be better RB than Elliot if he really wanted to.
  22. Don't see it anywhere but I sure hope not. Yeah he'd make our offense better but not worthy of our 6th.
  23. They are the 2nd team, agreed. Im predicting 5th or 6th round.
  24. I strongly believe a trade back is most likely. Would love it if we trade with the Rams and somehow still ended up with Treadwell at 15. Think Ozzie could get em for a 1,2 & 3 since they have two 2nd round picks and in this scenerio, added pressure to not let Goff/Wentz fall to 49ers. I also have a strong feeling Wentz & Goff go 2 & 3. Either scenerio we're sitting pretty. Imagine all those draft picks.
