Through the first quarter of the season: Bad Besides Sr, our WR's have sucked big time. Definitely in the bottom tier of the league. Very disappointed no young guy stepped up. Perriman is really screwing us. I really think our offense was going to rely on him. His presence alone would open up so much for everyone else. Offensive line hasn't looked as dominant as last year. Monroe is a big loss but I still expect more from this group. Mostly surprised by K.O. so far in a contract year playing how he's playing. I think they'll get better as the year progresses and Rick gets comfortable again. Hope I think we should get Juice & Forsett more involved in the passing game... More screens and quick outs.... Target Maxx more on 3rd downs. He always gives that extra effort and more times than not, seems to get it...Let Joe move around more. Copy some philosophy they're running in Atlanta. We don't have Julio but Joe is more than capable throwing on the run. I know you just can't change things like that mid season but something definitely has to change. Even if that means just adding a few plays, great teams can do it. Hopefully this extra time between next game will do the coaches and players good. 3-1/4-0 next quarter against Cleveland, San Fran, Arizona & SD is doable.
