Why I still see us as playoff contenders: 1. Joe & John. 2. Every game has been close. 3. Wild card is still very possible. Not going to be easy. A lot of good things will have to go our way. Which so far this season, hardly anything has. That 2012 team looked pretty shaky mid season and they dealt with extreme adversity as well. Way I look at it, anythings possible. Adding another receiver OR getting more production out of the guys we have now, has to happen. The offense also must start clicking again. Don't think it's unreasonable to expect that they will going forward. The more experience they have with Trestman/getting healthy will make them better. We're about to witness some adjustments for this next quarter of the season. Hopefully it won't be too late.
