I was taking creakic hardcore creatine about a year ago for a few months. I stopped though because I didnt want it to affect my growth, but I worked out on it for about 2 months and gained about 10 pounds in muscle. I would eat a lot of ramen noodles,tuna fish, and mashed potatoes before/after I worked out. This worked very well for me. Today though I hit my speed bag for about 5-10 mins. Do about 100 crunches, bench around 120ish 30-35 times. Hit my regular bag, and do my curl bar thats 40 lbs like 35 times. Then the next day when I'm at school I go to weight training where I do so many different things. I like to listen to anywhere from Eminem to J Cole to Metallica when I work out. I got my own playlist I put on and get in the zone. My goal is to reach 150 before I graduate this year.
