I am getting tired seeing Ed Reeds name being popped up in the comment section, he wont be coming this year, and he is still green as a coach so I would wait 'till next year.

Maxx Williams is getting shunned way too many times, he was put in IR half way through the season, wait until next year. It takes time for TE to acclimate to the game. Lastly, Dennis Pitta needs to renegotiate his deal as well or else he would be cut because we got Nick Doyle who can block and catch at the same time. Too many times Dennis whiffed on blocks. We have a trio of good tight ends cant wait for next year.

Joe Flacco the face of our franchise

Yeah Joe is a team guy, but what about Monroe will he renegotiate his contract? Will KO be a team player or chase the money? we will know on next week episodes of Contract talk "the agents"

We cannot afford to pay him 4.5mil/year it is impossible for our team that has glaring needs on defense and in offense. If we cannot resign him there are some college kickers out there that are solid, remember Justin Tucker came out of nowhere.

Lastly; Jensen has gave us an upper hand with Monroe and the Osemele situation he has been performing well in the LG. Imagine this line up in 2016. Osemele, Jensen, Zuttah, Yanda, Wagner. Well give Joe Flacco so much time on the ball. Trenches should be the focal point this season. If Monroe don't restructure his contract find a suitable trade

We should have a way better record if the defense knew how to play defense in the last minutes of a game.

Bro, I promise you, Harbaugh has the last say on who he wants on his roster. Look at Phili, Coach Chip Kelly cut a lot of their players.

 

Look at every coordinator that we let go to become a head coach, they all took some players from our roster with them.

But yea, the head coach does have a lot of pull when it comes to the final roster. Remember it was Harbaugh that cut Pollard, and Pierce, although Pierce was not productive.

 

Being that Harbaugh spends the most time with the players, and basically does everything with them, it wouldn't make sense if Ozzie was the one cutting and bringing in players. Ozzie's main job is to supervise Harbaugh, and give him pointers on things he can do better or change.

 

Trust me, I played Football, not on an NFL level though lol, but the ultimate decision is made by the Head Coach. If people think that the Head Coach has become incompetent, then it is the manager that fires him and brings in someone else. And it is the owner that dishes out the money. If the owner thinks that the manager is making poor decisions, then it is up to the owner to fire the manager.

But A. jones was drafted. the credit goes to the scouts, and general manager. Owen Daniels was signed because we didn't have a TE.

Also chip Kelly I believe is the head of that department as well he is the ozzie Newsome in philly.

Ozzie main job is to look for players that fit the system and see how much he can get them for. John Harbaugh and his coordinators dictate the system. Is up to Ozzie and Eric to see what players fit the system and sign not John.

Pollard was not able to hold his own as a safety his pass coverage skills are worse than will hill and Kendrick Lewis.

I wanted Joe Flacco to be healthy just to see him not give a single care in the world who Richard Sherman is and throw the ball his way. That's what I like about Joe he throws it against every other teams top cb which is awesome. Rather take Clausen over Schuab. Osemele looks solid in the left tackle, but Ryan Jesnen looks like Marshall Yanda on the LG position looks like him but play is not close to him. But with time we can say we have another solid OL.

Justin Tucker is becoming cheaper by every week

Once again Justin tucker can be sign for cheaper he has missed so many FG's at home. Joe Flacco will restructure but will get a lot guaranteed money. And I don't watch much college football cause I find it boring. In the draft 1st pick should be O-line especially LT if we can't re-sign Osemele. I'm tired of Ozzie, Eric Decosta, John Harbaugh, and everyone on the board that leave Joe Flacco unprotected with real players that can help and protect. help the our franchise qb, and it always been defense defense in the firt rounds now we must change it up

what I missed? I can say I Missed a win

but we cant run for the first three quarters and the running game only shines in the 4th quarter when the opposing defense is gassing for air. secondly, buck allen is looking better than forsett. he always breaks the first tackles unlike Forsett whom only runs well in the 4th quarter

I remember when myself and others were asking for Webb to play FS for about two years and they did it till now? I will turn in a coaching application for defensive coach position soon at the castle.

Well I guess harbs got annoyed on how far off Webb plays of the WR that he decided meh might as well let him play far back as possible and play FS lol little humor

Our run game only looks good in the 4th quarter due to the defense getting tired, if you have noticed everytime our run game looks good it is in the 4th quarter. Secondly, our receivers suck, and Joe needs to improve.

Cant use Rodgers no more because his stats have been declining why? he misses his target Jordy Nelson. Every qb needs a playmaking WR and we don't.

I want to keep trestman next year, he doesn't have the receivers that can manage his playbook only Steve smith, there is a reason why aiken, brown, were undrafted.

We need receivers, if you have notice the teams that are winning have that playmaking receiver: Cardinals- Fizgerald, Floyd, Brown. Bengals: AJ Green. Patriots; Gronk, Edelman. Raiders: Amari Cooper ( A rookie that is balling out more then we can say about Rookie WR) examples of teams that have chance in making the playoffs because they have playmakers on the outside we simply don't

If I were to go to the game and our defense started to give up points, or show no creative blitzes, I would start a chant of "Fire Dan Pees"

I don't blame the refs on the Chris Johnson run. As a player you should know to play to the whistle. Why weren't any Ravens tackling CJ after he was brought down? Why should Brandon Will. be the only one to tackle him? Overall, I feel that the D has lost its swagger. We are playing like wussies.

I  believe that if someone or lb came flying in for the hit a flag would've been thrown for a late hit. The swagger was going away after the super bowl season with the bend but don't break attitude.

Ozzie and DeCosta find a way to get rid of Monroe, and webb this offseason. We need a dc because the confidence is our playmakers on defense is dying we need to avoid that so it wont affect us next season. I just hope with the dead money that is coming off our cap space, Joe reconstruction, Monroe/web gone we can get some playmakers. Finally they must find a way to get Perriman before this season is over because we need to see what we got in him. Like Odell he played some games last season adjusted well and is balling out. On another note get a good WR scout or have decosta draft wr's cause ozzie is absolutely terrible when coming to draft wr.

Our lb coach should be our DC, you see the respect Ray has for him, and he has been around here long enough to know what we expect out of our defense. If not him Jim Shwartz.

Why do we keep putting Upshaw and Daryl Smith on man coverage or zone coverage two of the slowest players and unaware players we have on defense when it comes to covering
