  1. In addition to the smaller pieces fans can purchase, larger turf pieces will be for sale at the third-annual Retail Outlet Sale tentatively planned for late April. The proceeds from the sale of those chunks benefit the Ravens Foundation. If I read this correctly, it says the sale of the larger turf pieces will benefit the Ravens Foundation, not ALL pieces sold will benefit the Ravens Foundation...
  2. The Pro Bowl remains a joke. From the sounds of it, yesterday's version was more of the same. Haven't watched it for years. Time to scrap it.... Oh yeah, that'll never happen. It's the NFL...that equals money for the league and nothing for the fans...
  3. No, keep the 6th and bring in bonafide talent, not a "project", like Perriman.
  4. No matter what, the playoffs just aren't the same without the Ravens playing...

  5. It's a shame that the team isn't willing to part with woefully under performing coaches in the same way they've parted with under performing players. I would propose re-evaluating some of the coaching staff, particularly on the defensive side. There's one specific leader on that side I'm talking about, of course! Go Ravens!
  6. That's fine provided Webb reacquaints himself with good tackling technique. When Webb first arrived in Baltimore I noted what a pure tackler he was. Now, after some injuries, he's got no where near the form he once had. Granted, tackling is a lost art.
  7. Glad you called Allen's fumble for what it was especially since it was the second one in two weeks. Benching him was the right thing to do. You MUST hold on to the football! Aiken looked strong today.
  8. Top cornerback?!? Really?
  9. Haven't we fans endured enough pain this season?
  10. Hideous! What a mis-mash! The worst look ever!
  11. I'm not convinced off-season training is the problem. It is a contributor but so is technique, rule infractions, and equipment. Especially, equipment. I'd fix equipment first, enforce the rules with immediate ejections and suspensions, and the teach proper techniques. I realize its a fast game, but reckless behaviour is encouraged. That needs to cease.
  12. Using the, "Jimmy Smith isn't healthy"... "He's playing injured"... , etc. are two of the same excuses that have been thrown around since he started wearing a Ravens uniform. Face it, he doesn't have what it takes and signing him to an extension contract was probably a mistake.
  13. So, in comparison to both Schaub and Clausen, Mallet probably has the most upside potential. He does however, need to get his attitude, focus and most importantly, get his "stuff" together.
  14. I like day games better anyway. Count me as one happy Ravens fan! Go Ravens! Beat Steelers...
  15. Hopefully there will be some roster moves with the coaching staff this off season. Not going to say who, just saying it should happen.
  16. This Hot of the Presses report could have been filed 5 weeks ago... It was true then as much as it's true now....
  17. He's the perfect, prototypical size for a left tackle. I hope we can secure him for the next several years...
  18. Probably hard to get a true reaction from them since they were probably laughing so much.
  19. This is the best idea yet. Give the young bucks a chance to start earning their spot next year. I applaud this decision.
  20. Not our day, Sunday. (Seems like I've said this a lot this season - - like 9 times so far)...

How does it not make sense? I don't understand people on here. Clearly, they are planning for the future. He was signed for next year as well so he will be the backup and is a good backup who can win games. Harbaugh is only saying Schaub might start but it is just to keep the chiefs thinking, I guarantee you once mallett has a week of practice he will start against the steelers. Clausen couldn't lead a TD drive and is not the answer. Schaub led a TD drive a few times but he is also no...

Mallet has issues. Like, he can't work an alarm clock. His general entitlement attitude. Plus his talent level is not enough to even begin to cause one to overlook those issues. I understand the contract is incentive heavy, however, this man has the potential to be a locker room cancer and we just gave him a contract into 2016. That's like trying to carry over this nightmare of a season.

Ha, we sure were shocked! By the number of points we lost by! Bring on 2016!

  22. The ability to correct officiating errors is already in place but the NFL refuses to enact it. This is what makes me an angry fan. Not angry at the Ravens but angry at the circus that NFL football has become.
  23. We're depleted but still going out there and mix it up with the Seahawks. Play hard guys! Go Ravens!
  24. Wow, watching the Ravens this year is like going to the movies... No matter how crappy the film, you still have to pay full price... This season of "replacement players" can't end soon enough! Love my Ravens but wow, this has been a tough season. Oh, and a special thanks to the NFL for hiring such incomptence in their referees... An absolute abomination!
  25. Why there isn't a fan uproar over all this inferior officiating is truly baffling. After several seasons where officials have truly managed outcomes of games, why aren't fan angry? I am because this isn't football, its a water-downed version of World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE). I am a fan of the Ravens through and through, but Dean Blandino and others sitting in the C-Suites in the NFL are MESSING UP, BIG TIME!
