    We need speed at RB and there is no mention of latavius murray or jamal charles... Look at how bad derek carr struggled when murray didn't play ..they lost games and why carr wants him back.. He broke the raiders losing streak in 2014 in his first start and in that same game broke a 90+ homerun td against a #1 kc Run defense that never allowed td or 100 yd rusher in 12 games and also a 30 yd td with only a few carries.. Murray helped changed the raiders franchise with carr and mack that night..derek carr knows how good he is... Charles is got at least two years left in the tank and is still a burner..forget injuries its the nfl unless ur darren mcfadden

    Bronson Kaufusi is gonna be the next J.J. Watt.. Look at his athleticism from his combine, hes beast..thats why we cut dumervil.. As for urban he is another chris canty.. Brandon williams is the next haloti ngata...dl is good to go..we should draft a RB in Fornette if he drops or Garret bolles OT or WR's John Ross and corey davis

    i think we can plug a few with our early draft picks - cb, rush, centre - but its still going to leave a few holes

    Yes i've been saying that as well too we need pryor to help complete ou4 reciever core..imagine... Perriman and pryor outside, mike wallace slot, joe flacco will push defenders out the box... Draft another OL (garret bolles) first round and CB second round (kevin king) and 3rd rounds two more OL ...guarntee we become top 5 off and top 5 def..

    Draft a OLB in the first round to pair with Bronson Kaufusi who will replace suggs and dumervil...  Second round we Should draft a CB who is 6`3 to pair with jimmy smith...how bout kevin king CB  out of Washington?  3rd round draft a speedy RB that can take it the distance on checkdowns like a sproles type HB like donnel pumphrey out of San Diego state

    Before any crazies jump on me, yelling about Josh's terrible stint as Broncos head coach, I'd argue that McDaniels has probably matured a lot in the years since then, especially working under BB. Working under BB is a huge plus for me. Hate him all you want, and I know people will, but Belichick is surpassed in coaching talent by nobody. Sean Payton, Gary Kubiak, and Mike McCarthy are close behind him, but yeah.

    And, by the way, even Belichick was a sucky Browns head coach before becoming the Emperor of the NFL. I wouldn't be surprised to see McDaniels take a similar career arc.

    Never hated McDaniels as a head coach.. Just always believed needed to mature up..  He's got a bright future..  I like Harbaugh as a HC but he needs to make better choices at coordinators... Ozzie is a good GM...  Hire Bernie Parmalee as OC and Hire Pagano or Rex Ryan as DC...  Superbowl champs 2017

    Bernie Parmalee...  Raiders RB Coach...have you seen the raiders RB's ? all are great promising runners and very young.. This guy is helped the raiders run game become formidable ..that is the reason why raiders still have any playoff chance..

    I believe we need a new D. Coordinator and O. Coordinator..  Since 2015 when we hired Marc Trestman i knew we were screwed... We have so much talent on offense that we should be a Top 10 offense ...defense we just need better playcalling... Up 20-10 and get outscored 21-7 to end the game? Offense did enough.. Defense wasn't clutch like usual ..hasn't been clutch since 2011, pagano's last year before coaching colts. Who took over Raven's D. Coordinator job and since then never got a head coaching job ? Dean Pees?  its simple, you can't change the culture until you change the coach

    I know.. I have wanted m Wallace  since before  he was drafted to our rivals..  He fits flaccos style... I actually was going to order myself a Wallace Jersey

    Yea honestly its harbs too yall..  He hired trestman who i did not want to touch with a ten foot pole...  Worst thing to happen to our running game since jim Caldwell .. Hired and fired cam cameron,  kept pees since 2012... What good D coordinator  have we had that long ever? The signs are there...
