I did watch 'Grace' as part of my October Horror watching. And Honestly I can barely even remember it. Just remember that the baby bites and liked the blood.
Human blood, beef blood and boob blood lol. I still don't understand why
"Crazy, Stupid, Love" was actually a pretty good movie. Ryan Gosling and Steve Carell made a nice combo.
I've been meaning to see that! I've heard good things about it. I watched some stupid movie called Grace on FEARnet. I don't think I've ever seen a movie with absolutely zero laughs besides that, and Human Centipede 2. Just both, really weird flicks.
I'm pretty sure that movie was ruined before it was ever made. I can't believe they are going to do a sequel. If you think Maya was the only thing stopping that movie from even being good......I don't even know what to say.
I know.. It was stupid. Madison Riley is amazing though. She pretty much saved it for a solid five minutes.
Dont forget Idocracy, she ruined that too. Not even the infallible Terry Crews could save that from her.
Thank you!
Drive and Ides of March were both pretty dang good! Im not a huge political buff, but Ides of March was well scripted and acted and Ryan Gosling is climbing the ladder in regards to top actors in my eyes.
Now go watch Blue Valentine!
Now I know why you hate Maya Rudolph: you have a horrible taste in movies
Because I liked Hostel lol? She single-handedly ruined Grown Ups, Brides Maids and the potentially entertaining Up All Night television show. She's lucky I can't stand Christina Applegate either. If it wasn't for Maya Rudolph though, Whitney Cummings would be my most disliked actress ever.
On another note, The Sitter was horrendous. Some parts funny, most parts stupid.
So I was watching Grown Ups until Maya Rudolph showed her face in it, so I had to turn it off. Watched the first Hostel again a couple nights ago. Love that movie. I've never seen Gladiator, so my dad made me watch it last night. It was an amazing movie. The Descendants was so-so. I'd wait for it to be released on video. Looking forward to Ghost Protocol. Can't wait for The Devil Inside.
Bad guess, lol. I was ticked off at first because of the stereotypical cast but it's a good one if you, like me, enjoyed the first. Jon will be along soon to tell you the foreign film it was based on is better, lol.
I just finished watching it. I liked the first one better..
There hasn't been a single good movie that has come out in the past two weeks, and this Friday is no different. December looks to be promising though, so we'll see.
Anyone agree that Jim Carrey's best performance is in one of the very few serious roles he's done? I'm talking about Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind. Great film!
I've never seen that one but I can watch Bruce Almighty everyday
Serendipity is such a good movie tehe
Why did you watch it, then?
I was bored at home.. Should have watched Crazy, Stupid, Love instead.
Holy hell. Human Centipede 2 was God awful. I couldn't wait for it to be over. Blue Valentine is a really good movie.
BLASPHEMY!
It might not have been better than the first.. but you can't knock it
Next you're going to say the Rob Zombie remake of Halloween was good
I already did
Jack and Jill was hilarious! But wait for it to come out on DVD.
Not an excuse!!
I know.. I don't really like old movies though, unless Romero did them
No, you saw the bad version
I'm only 20 lol
I really hope you're talking about the Wes Craven movie.
If that's the 2009 version, then yes. He really missed with My Soul To Take, though.
Been babysitting my sisters puppy at her apartment, so I've been watching some old movies. The Last House On The Left is actually a good one. Realistic, but a little disturbing. Watched Bruce Almighty yesterday again. Love that one as well.
Yeah, my brother-in-law saw it last night... he wasn't impressed either.
Needless to say, I should have seen J. Edgar instead, but you know how these things go lol. It's worth waiting until it comes out, but don't waste your money FF.
So I swallowed my pride and went and saw Immortals. Not good, not bad. Just in between. I'd wait for it to come out on DVD.
Thank you!
What site do you use for your reviews? Ever use rotten tomatoes or Yahoo! Movies?
I live in Sacramento so I always look at the "Friday Ticket" that they have to offer in the Sacramento Bee, which has reviews from the top dogs across the nation. I also look at Rotten Tomatoes, IMDb and Fandango to see what the fans say.
Let us know how it is!!
Will do partner ![]()
See it for yourself and be your own critic. Don't let someone else's opinion/review stop you from seeing a movie you wanted to see.
I've done this too many times, and I've wasted a lot of money. I'm one of those people that judges movies based on how many stars it got. 2 is my limit. I will not go and see a movie that got 1 or 1.5 stars

Passing on Holmes today. Don't like Downey Jr. or Jude Law. Ghost Protocol Wednesday!
