Pretty damn close, but even the variations on the story have been done to death.
Great. Now I don't need to waste 10 dollars lol. The previews basically told you the whole story
Saw that rock em sock em movie with Hugh Jackman, predictable.
Let me guess..
Jackman is a down and out old time boxer who finds himself with nothing, when his son (I believe that's who the little boy is) somehow find him, or they find eachother. The son wants to enter into a tournament with fighting robots, and puts together a piece of crap machine that Jackman states he can't soup it up to be a fighting robot, capable of winning the championship. The little kid then persuades Jackman to give the robot his moves but the wife (or divorced woman) tells Jackman he can't win anything anymore, and then he starts to agree with her. But it's not until he finds his true strength in the little boy and goes on to win the championship.
How did I do?
I personally didn't like it.. But don't leave as soon as the movie ends.
Cool beans. I'm gonna try and watch the original this weekend sometime.
I haven't seen it
but this one starts in 20 minutes!
Seeing The Thing hoy. I'll tell all y'all how it is
My dad wants me to see Real Steel with him lol. I don't know if I can do it. What happened to the zombie movies man? Last one I've seen was 28 Weeks Later, if you can call that a zombie movie. Thinking about buying The Walking Dead.
Now your post makes sense
Hahaha, I hope it's not the last Paranormal Activity either!

Dream House was ehh. 50/50 was a great movie. Can't wait for The Thing, The Ides of March and Paranormal Activity 3!
Too scary for ya? Lol. I'm in need of something like that, I've literally never watched a movie that even remotely scared me. Except, that Bloody Mary part reminded me of how much I want to try that bathroom trick. I know nothing will happen, but if I imagined that i saw something in the mirror I'd be done.
It's not that it's scary. I just absolutely hate loud noises so I always jump when I hear one in the theatre. That movie is full of loud noises when something happens lol. I've never really seen a movie that I was really scared of. But I will say that Case 39 really stuck in my head. Didn't think it would be that good before I saw it, but it was one of the most scariest movies I've ever seen
When does Paranormal Activity 3 come out? I haven't seen the other ones, but the "Bloody Mary" part in the preview freaked me out a little haha, so I'm interested.
I think it comes out on October 21st. Definitely looking forward to it, hope it's the last one though. Seriously can't take watching those in the theatre
yeah it wasnt very great. I love when Kate Bosworth came in from her morning run! Yowzah!!!
Yea, I didn't even notice her face in that scene hahaha
Thanks for the heads up. It was a toss up between that and Warrior... but where were you for Apollo 18? haha. I miss my money.
Haha there was actually a seperate thread about Apollo 18 in which I said it wasn't good. Warrior was a great movie.
Straw Dogs was awful. Don't waste your money. But man, Kate Bosworth. That's one beautiful woman.
I really liked Drive. Great movie. Seeing Straw Dogs tomorrow
Go watch the original. James Marsden is no Dustin Hoffman. Also, I really hate remakes that glorify violence when the original does the opposite.
I've been meaning to catch it. My dad said it was good. I trust you on the Marsden statement.
Warrior was a GREAT movie
Ice Bath, Romo.
Hahaha, I have a problem!
Looking forward to Straw Dogs. Kate Bosworth is in a class of her own.
I'm unsure if everybody else was aware and I just missed out while living under a rock, but there's a Kill Bill 3 to be planned apparently.
That's funny, I just got done watching the first one. I've seen the second one, can't wait for the third now.
I saw Contagion today. Wait until it comes out on DVD
"Grave Encounters" was one of the worst movies I've ever seen.
I enjoyed Harry Potter. I love Emma Watson though, so, you know
I just wish Contagion was R, but it still looks good. Also, do NOT see Final Destination 5. Seriously. I've never felt sick in a theatre before. I've seen the first 4, but for some reason, this one just made my stomach turn.
Yep. The pilot with the virus gets in a plane and Contagin is coming to a theater near you!
Hahaha, Hollywood is getting so versatile!

So I saw the movie Dreamcatcher last night. I first watched it back in 2003 when it came out but I disliked it. I was only 12 years old back then so I thought I'd give it a try last night because it was on AMC. Really, really bad movie. When it showed the alien, I just changed the channel to ESPN.
