    he is the problem. he needs to play like a top tier QB. He needs to stop eyeing 1-target half the time. He needs to stop overthrowing/underthrowing barely catchable balls that can't produce YAC yards. He needs to build rapport with young receivers to make them into playmakers(never done that). He needs to stop relying on polished veteran receivers @ panic time.

    Nothing Flacco did shows progression and WORK ETHIC to be the great one.

    #1 issue: FLACCO!

    Then you can see changes drastically happen. Shift in minor pieces will help. But Flacco is the center that moves all the chain. Until then the clock will not move for Ravens to be back in SB contention.

    If it was simply that easy to make an average QB play like a top tier QB, everyone would have one. If you are going to keep Joe (probably no other choice), then they better surround him with receivers that can consistently get open, a top OL and an talented RB's, OH and a QB coach that he will listen to!

    Here's my 2cents- Flacco was rated 25th in league before the game- probably drops to 27th after and there are only 32 teams. Almost anyone would be better than Flacco at this point. Don't get me wrong I like Joe, he's a nice guy ect but he has Sucked since signing the contract. Has forgotten basic mechanics and can't read defenses. We can't unload yet but as soon as we can we should.

    I am also a big fan of Joe, but often he looks like he is in a fog, needs to renegotiate his contract, if he will not trade him!

    We had an easier schedule this year too due to placing 3rd in our division. You could agrue thats where we picked up the 3 extra wins this season. 

    There is no way to put a positive spin on this the team played like crap!

    Major changes are needed on coaching staff and front office and players no way to sugar coat it like harbaugh just tried to do AGAIN Coach look in the Mirror

    Agree coaching is poor and John tries to sugar coat everything, try it right between the eyes for once, coach. Also Joe should take a pay cut and for once bring in a OC that is a keeper, this revolving door stuff is not going to cut it!

    Perhaps the leadership is in need of a change. Too many things to comment on that need to be fixed, not sure where to start, but I will throw our 2: pass defense is way to soft, and our pass protection is poor. Ah what the Hell, one more Joe and Derick Mason used to live by the come back routes, now we don't even run them.

    It will be tough working around Joe's salary cap number. The highest salary of any NFL QB when averaged over the life of the contract (per the Cheat sheet)... for the 25th rated QB per PFF. If they can navigate that obstacle then Ozzie will have earned his money.

    Hope they can renegotiate with Joe to free up some money, he has been treated very well and needs to think about strengthening the team!

    Funny: = keep calm and trust ozzie- after YESTERDAY? Unless the Ravens are playing the dumb fox all year long re the same old issues and bullpoo- leading up to these 2 games, these 2 road games are THE scenario. We should not have even been in this position to begin with.
    I am not trusting anyone....just show us(the Raven fans that are NOT gullable)!
    If we do NOT come out of these 2 games without looking any better / well off- heads should roll.

    I am probably one of Joe's biggest fans, but who the hell were you throwing the ball to on that interception! You are going to have to crank your game up on Christmas day. What happened to our offensive line in pass protection? Also, what happened to our run defense? On the Eagles last drive, we just let their QB sit back (with little pressure) and wait till a receiver came open.

    And let's not forget penalties, either

    Let's just say that this is one that the Eagles let get away
