  1. Sam L Jackson, Micheal Keaton, and Gary Freaking Oldman.

I think it won't be amazing but will be decent

I know the cast... One of my biggest beefs is the death scene.  As a kid, the RoboCop I know and love was VIOLENTLY murdered.  Not some, sympathy car bomb.

  2. Thank You. I am in no way a Michael Oher fan or hater but I've been saying this for weeks now. He was not that penalized.

Everyone's just a bunch of Oher haters. Since he got to this team hes has some of the most wins among tackles. We had been the model of consistency since he got here.

  3. Noun

    1. fact - a piece of information about circumstances that exist or events that have occurred; "first you must collect all the facts of the case"

    2. fact - a statement or assertion of verified information about something that is the case or has happened; "he supported his argument with an impressive array of facts"

    3. fact - an event known to have happened or something known to have existed; "your fears have no basis in fact"; "how much of the story is fact and how much fiction is hard to tell"

    4. fact - a concept whose truth can be proved; "scientific hypotheses are not facts"

    Thanks.

  4. Myth: Torrey Smith, Jacoby Jones, and Marlon Brown form an above average group of receivers.

Fact: I can name a receiver from every team who is better than Torrey. (Yes these names are debatable, I'm just trying to make a point)

AFCE: Mike Wallace, Jeremy Kerley, Stevie Johnson, Danny Amendola

AFCN: AJ Green, Antonio Brown, Josh Gordon

AFCS: Reggie Wayne, Andre Johnson, Nate Washington, Justin Blackmon

AFCW: Demarius Thomas, Dwayne Bowe, Denarius Moore

NFCE: Victor Cruz, Desean Jackson, Pierre Garcon, Dez Bryant

NFCN: Jordy Nelson, Greg Jennings, Calvin Johnson, Brandon Marshall

NFCS: Julio Jones, Marques Colston, Steve Smith, Vincent Jackson

NFCW: Golden Tate, Michael Crabtree, Larry Fitzgerald, Tavon Austin

I like our guys, but let's be honest. There's a LOT of overlooked talent on the other 31 teams. Tandon Doss did not make Green Bay's roster, and I think he's actually our 2nd best receiver. Add a true #1 WR to our group and THEN we have a nice cast.

Someone should post the definition of facts in this thread...

  5. With how he played in his first game back I don't think the hip is a big deal. You saw the impact he made in just his first game this season. How can you not want to lock him up now while he is still cheap?

Last sentence said I'd orefer a cap friendly deal, but at the same time I feel he's a guy who deserves his money. I'm all for players getting what they can, especially with how the league treats it's guys.

  6. Don't be so superstitious. This is reality. It's not like if we sign Pitta he will suddenly break every bone in his body or become the worst football player. Our past success with contracts should have nothing to do with this. It's like saying we haven't had a ton of luck drafting receivers (before Torrey) so we should never draft receivers. It's just dumb.

As far as Torrey didn't Ray say a blind cat can even find a meal? Seriously, I think it would be beneficial to both sides. It was more to make sure he's back to full strength with no lingering effects. Hips are a pretty big injury. Pitta has time to earn some of the money he lost from not playing and the team gets to evaluate him over a full season. Would prefer a cap friendly deal is reached in the off sease.

  7. It might be smart to franchise next year to see if he's still the same player through an extended period. Tes aren't that expensive and would buy the team time. The team hasn't had the best luck recently with second contracts. Rice looks OLD a year after his, same with Ngata, Fat Suggs showed up to camp, and Webb got hurt. The last one I remember doing well was Yanda he's been cursed with Oher next to him.

  8. Too banged up to play this season. His hip made him extremely slow on the field. Would of been best to retire like Ray. That being said COME to the Ravens coaching staff NOW!!! Would be great to see him on the sidelines helping with the defense.

    What you said

  9. What was so masterful about tonight's episode was its arrogance: it accelerated the pace and directly addressed all of the things we'd hope the rest of this season would address, all in one episode.

With so many twists and turns, now we're at a complete loss as to how the next episode will go -- and that's what any good story should do, is to make you guess without being predictable.

They easily could've left the episode ending with him not finding the book, or him finding the tracker, but to end how it did, I'm telling everyone to "tread lightly" this week. Makes you think how deep this gets and I honestly have no idea how this will end. The writing and acting have been great, but Pinkman is starting to get annoying to me again.

  10. Gangster Squad is the corniest gangster movie I've ever seen it. I think it sucked, pissed off right now lol.

Sean Penn killed it atleast. He looked too much like Freddy Kruger though

It looked corny from the previews and commercials. I wasn't touching that movie. Saw Iron Man 3 though and liked it.

  11. You know, with the newfound cap space, we are probably going to heavily persue a big name FA. Someone who is worth 6 million a year (Jake Long? Barwin? Hell, maybe Greg Jennings).

We won this trade, and here is why.

Boldin is going to suck in SF's Offense.... .They do not have a burner to help him do his thing and take pressure off of him.

Kap plays in an offense where he only throws to Crabtree....

Oh, and Q might retire, leaving them with nothing.....

We also win bc, we get to resign most of our own players, and possibly get to persue a big name FA......

It's us vs the world again... Bring it

Vernon and Mario can open up for him and Crabtree. He'll also help run blocking. I do like the extra cap though. There has to be a plan or they trust the guys they have. Either that or they just didn't really see it being worth it to pay Boldin this close to thw cap with key cogs being needed. He also wasn't in the future olans of the team and isn't as much of a need as Reed.

  12. Use a few picks to trade up in the first and get one of the premier WRs in the draft. Hopefully we'll have enough cap space now to bring back Ellerbe and Reed, which will mean our draft picks are more expendable.

A move like this makes me question if the team is really trying to bring Reed back. Might be a "youth" movement taking place. If they were smart Reed is back though because Pollard isn't the same back there without Reed I think.

  13. I get the trade but a damn 6th? Why doesn't this team ever get value for the players? I hink Doss wilk be alright. This makes FA very interesting. Wonder what they'll do with the extra cap space besides resigning Ellerbe. Also, anyone with contract knowledge, isn't Suggs contract up in he same year Joe's money really kicks in?
