Yes.  LOVED it.  Disclaimer I am a big fan of Shyamalan, so I am admittedly bias. That said I am not a homer.  I can easily admit he has had quite a few stinkers.

I would say it is worth seeing.  It doesn't have to be big screen though.

    Thanks.

  2. Top 10s are tough cause they definitely vary on mood.  If I was stuck on an island and could only take 10 I guess I'd rock with these.

    In no specific order:

    Nightmare on Elm Street

    Shawshank

    Who Framed Roger Rabbit

    Scott Pilgrim vs the World

    Dark Knight

Dawn of the dead or a cabin in the Woods.

    Back to the Future

    Alien

    Inception or Shutter Island

    The Thing

    Yea... I cheated.

Anyone seen Split?  If so, how was it?

I think/hope they're finally just saying "screw it" and going full cheesy comic book mode.  They've just been flipping back and forth between the cheese fest and trying to be a legitimate drama.  They need to pick a direction and stick with it.

It's fallen so far from the first 2 seasons.

I hate myself more each week for not abandoning ship yet.

Thank goodness we didn't lose the SB and have to offer flimsy excuses to justify a collapse of epic proportions.

We made the plays when we needed them, the Falcons did not. Goes across all phases and players. Yes, including the QB position.

I just realized.  We would've given up the worst lead, up until the Falcons.  We would have been cheering the Falcons collapse, just the football world would be mocking the 08 draft class.  As you said good thing WE don't have to worry about that though.

I don't think he did enough to win the game. He really just capitalized on mistakes and didn't mess up.

I somewhat agree and we probably lose if it's not TJ Yates or whoever was back there at qb, but that was a tough defense.  If I remember correctly, wrs were locked up and he was constantly pressured/hit.  Dont remember the run game doing much either.  Might have only seen the game twice tho.

You and @Tru11 are fighting a fight that will get you no where, by the way.

    You are correct.

His first two seasons (08-09), he didn't have a single playoff game (5 of them) where he could even vaguely be described as good. He played pretty well against KC in 2010 wildcard round, but was terrible against Pittsburgh the next week. Even his first playoff game in 2011, against the Texans at home, was nothing spectacular.

He played 9 playoff games in his first four years, and I'd say two of them he was actually good... KC in 2010 and NE in 2011. The other games he was either just there to hand the ball off or was actually hurting the team.

He has been very good in every playoff game since the 2011 AFC title game, though, which is a solid 7 game stretch. You could put that stretch up there with any QB stretch in a long, long time.

I might be alone in this, but I thought he played well against the Texans.  Nothing special, true, but that was a tough defense and he came through.  Could have played better, but I can't say it was a bad game.

Joe led the Ravens to six points in the second half (1 less than Ryan) as the Ravens held a 28-6 lead. This was so incredibly similar to the Ravens, expect the Ravens had a very experienced defense that was able to hold strong.

How true.  We were lucky.  Coaches seem to abandon what works at crucial moments in games.  Run was gushing us so they pass 4 straight downs I think.  Then a somewhat favorable no call to end it.  I'll take it for all the bad calls we've been on the wrong end of.

They would have been better served just kneeling the ball.

I highly doubt the running game was going to realistically do much in the second half because of Mack's leg and adjustments BB made, BUT at that field position, it doesn't even matter if you get a yard or lose three or four. You're milking the clock and keeping in field goal range.

I don't believe the NFL is fixed or in conspiracies, but if there were ever a time my stance might waver a bit, it'd be here because nothing about that fourth quarter made sense.

Start checking spreads and you might start believing.

As an Atlanta resident, let me tell you that these fans are pissed off or depressed right now.  Sports radio still calls it the best Falcons season ever (which is sad if you think about it.  Best season ever features the worst superbowl collapse in history).  Someone's actually talking about it right now in the hall way and you can hear the sadness in his voice

...our offense damn near did the same thing vs the Niners.  They managed all of 6 points the 2nd half.

There's 2 playoff games I feel that are comparable.  Divisional vs Pats and vs Steelers.  Just know I didn't even get of that Steelers game til the we knocked them out the playoffs combined with having a SB at that time and the Pats loss still stinks cause that was a wasted opportunity.  This could sit with the Falcons til Ryan to retires if he never wins one.

I am just thanking God we aren't the Falcons tonight! That team and its fan base must be devastated beyond recognition tonight. In a way, the entire football world is devastated too, not because the Falcons lost (who really cares?), but because the dang Patriots won their 5th SB under Brady/Belichick! Unbelievable how they figure out a way to win all these games man! Is Brady that good? Perhaps he is! Is Belichick that good? Perhaps he is too! Are the Pats the best team of the past 50 yrs? How can you argue with the metrics? I'm just hopeful, the Ravens don't suffer the same fate as the Falcons did in any SB should we be fortunate enough to reach it.

This makes the 2 14 point leads look like nothing.  The Warriors let out a sigh of relief after this choke job.

I also like being the only team to really handle the Patriots TWICE in the playoffs.  The two times they've won, "we let em off the hook."  The times we've won, we've been DOMINANT.  If only it accounted for more rings...

History shows Joe was the better choice.  Any evidence suggest Ryan even sniffs the playoffs with Joe's career receiving talent?  One could assume yes.  One could also assume Joe has multiple rings with Roddy White/Julio Jones-quality receivers throughout his career.  Who knows?

They didn't have Julio, but we'd probably be crying about the weapons Joe has in Atlanta with all the ammo we gave em... Also means no Rice.

No way you could put the blame solely on him, but a little bit of clutch play from Ryan late in the 4th pretty much puts the game out of reach.

Can't take that sack.  Missed faskmask didn't help either.

Poor block on his fumble, but still can't lose those.

I think Michael Turner had like one above average year in Atlanta and then just average to below average years.

Rice was always a very dynamic runner (and the Ravens often followed up with a two back punch) and an extremely versatile receiver that added an entirely new wrinkle to the team. For seven years, Ryan totally lacked that.

And my point exactly on people laughing at the Sanu contract. People laughed hard at it and said it was horrible, but all of a sudden his weapons are so amazing outside of Jones. Well, which is it?

And on the topic of Gabriel, he fell well out of favor in 2015 because the new regime did not view him as a good enough piece to rebuild around.

    Don't bother...

Im hoping you at least see the irony in what im trying to do here, especially since Stevo cant.  I wonder if @LosT_in_TranSlatioN will catch it.  And a lot of athletes would take ballerina lessons what from ive read, really helps with their fluid motion, stretching, etc...

Trust me... I know what you're doing.  I'm kind of blocking out his argument and just keeping it moving.
