My point its not like we've competed for a SB recently. Someone was saying he was giving up his shot at a SB. No underlying meaning. So of we're not in the running and have these holes (which we have a decent amount of) why not make the most you can?

We haven't made playoffs in 2 years. As much as I want to believe well compete, the signs are pointing down currently. This is a business and the team will make it very clear soon when we start making cuts.

Jags need OL help and have a bunch of cap. He'll find a team quickly that's willing to pay.

Yup. Purge would also allow the team to start front loading contracts which I would agree with. Don't get why more teams don't try to do that.

Truth is we should have started last year. Between "bad" deals and injuries, the team was just hit with a lot of misfortune at the same time which has resulted in where we are now. I'd rather the team just admit they got off track and try to correct it by dumping all the bad deals(realistically) one year and moving on.

Ozzie has shown he can draft OL and DL. I said we should have paid KO, cause he was a rare talent. Wagner is not. Let them both walk if they get too expensive and use that on positions we either whiff on or are hard to acquire. If I'm Ozzie my priorities are convincing Marshall and Mangold to come on team friendly deals. I know Harbaugh had joked with Marshall about doing TV and playing at the same time a while back as well.

Marshall, Mangold and Gilmore. Make it happen. They're all cap casualties too. Ozzie has to be two stepping at the combine.

Eugene is a sucka... Always Sunny has been great this season, though.

All of them. I hadn't been to a movie where the crowd got as into it as they did in a while too. Comedy, thriller and horror. Had the right amount of each, which is what I mean by the blend. I liked it. Was a fun movie.

I'd like to keep Wagner, but truth is, I probably wouldn't mind both of them walking. I know it's not the brightest idea, but I'm not so sure we should pay Williams, even though he's a great talent. Think some of that money should be used to pursue some edge talent in FA.

I really don't even blame Ozzie for how poor that draft was as a whole. We got Juice, Williams and Wagner in that crap shoot. I'll take it.

So Pitta(maybe Mason) are basically the only ones who can run routes correctly each time for Joe's career? I could be wrong, but I doubt Boldin and Steve were poor route runners yet still would have to adjust for the ball. I'll give you Jacoby, Torrey, Perriman and a few others. In your boys defense, it seems like everything can't ever work at the same time, which is what made the SB so special, to me. It wasn't that they played above their potential, but just showed what they are easily capable of, for a CONSISTENT stretch.
