    I'm assuming he just played for a low price for a 1 year prove it deal, but what about Brandon Flowers? Was productive and I was hoping we made a move for him last year. Proved to be a valuable part of of the Chargers defense. He could've been the difference in our team winning a ring this year.

    I'm with you on this. I'm also kind of sick of this "class" debate. EVERY organization is going to have someone questionable on their roster. With that said, as long as the team mates get along, for the most part, I don't care what people do off the field as long as they are there on Sunday playing. I'm not here to judge their character, but their ability on the football field.

    You have to try to be as inept as the Browns management is. This is disguating. Browns fans should get a 1 year pass to choose a new team of their choice, without being labeled as bandwagons, because as someone else stated, they are way too loyal to this franchise. Why the hell would you be trying to send in play calls anyway? Are Farmer or the owner avid madden players? To break the rules, on something this stupid, hurts my head trying to fathom.

    Backup qb is an overrated position to me. You're most likely losing if they're playing and it's not a blow out. Good ones cost too much. Look around the league and tell me whi ch team is investing in a back up? I say do it how Ozzie has. Draft late round qbs, let them learn the system and let them go, when the contracts up.

    DEJA VU in Denver. Like the staff so far. They were onto something until Matt Schaub forgot how to complete passes to his own guys. Will be interesting to see Von Miller and Ware on the edges.

    We have a Pats DC on our team and the earlier Pats teams were torn apart like hurt gazelles in African plains. Part of the problem with being a successful team. People complain that this is Flacco's 4 OC, but really, no one liked Cam or Caldwell when they were here so why even complain about that? I'd personally prefer a younger unknown at this point but we'll see.

    Bonus money in a contract is all added that year to your funds. What a lot of people use to do was just offer a high amount of bonus if they knew they were going to keep the player long term to keep the cap hit down. I think they changed that to counter that way of doing contracts.
