Baloney- it's a judgement call, and you'll see it called just as often as not. Are you going to "challenge" me to find an example, or will you admit that there are plenty of instances where a play very much like that one has resulted in a flag?

The rules say it's not legal for anyone other than medical personnel to be on the field (besides players, of course). Now, I think the refs will give the HC leeway, but the linebackers coach has no business being out there.
