'was listening to Luke Jones on WNST and he spoke about the possibility of the interview process being a sham to appease the fans if Hostler is hired being as though the offense was historically bad in parts. (not to mention Hostler only go at OC was terrible)

While an interesting theory, most candidates would be able to figure out if their interview was only a courtesy to give an illusion. Then speak out on the matter, damaging the Ravens reputation.
