The penalties are killing us again, too.

For the most part, the O line has done relatively well; given the circumstances. But as usual, Flacco is inconsistent.

Losing "skid". The last two games were like a stubborn skidmark that even Tide couldn't get rid of.

Ya. He was our sack "leader" last year with 6.5. Dude is one trick pony, and needs someone opposite him to even be a threat. He's done.

I thought Jimmy had been playing pretty good. I rarely hear his name called during the game; which is a good thing.

Definitely some valid points

This team is in deep crap. When healthy they weren't very good. Now the injuries are starting to pile up - my confidence level is low, my hope level is high.

Yep. He's always incredibly vague in his speech. But I think a lot has to do with the fact that Harbs is not the Xs and Os guy. I think the entire organization needs to look at itself in the mirror. Another losing season in unacceptable. This is THE Baltimore freaking Ravens. They set a standard of excellence, and the team name alone garners respect from the NFL world. But that is slowly fading. They better get back to Ravens football soon.

Well you'd expect a HC to say just that. He should expect things to turn around, and if they don't, he looks at the root cause, and eliminates it. This is precisely what happened. I question a lot of what Harbs does, especially in game, but I do not question this decision. Will things get better? We can only hope. But at least he did the thing in this instance.

Correct. Good coaches know what they have and what their players are capable of; and prepare accordingly. Good coaches put the players in the best situation, to give them the best at winning. This coaching staff, however, does not such thing.

If Mosley had stepped out of bounds, the offense would have found a way to squander the score anyway. I dont blame him for trying, although it kind of sucked. Flacco would go 3 and out, kick a 10 yard FG maybe if they are lucky. Exactly

Something happened to him. The doc on the sideline was talking to him That's why you have backups. West being hurt is no excuse to abandon the ONLY thing that actually worked for this sorry team.

Oh, and I don't hold anything against Mosely. Dude is awesome, and our defensive MVP. He was simply trying to do what the offense has failed to do all season...which is score TDs. I was hv done the same.

Time to admit several hings: 1) Flacco is just decent. Slightly above mediocre. (Not hating. He's the best we've had. But that doesn't say much) His inconsistent play, lack of fundamentals, his forcing passes into double coverage, are all the indicators of an average QB. Sometimes he does amazing things, but obviously not enough. You can blame the o line all you want, but even when Joe had time, he over threw and under threw even short passes. Also, when he has endless yards in front him, he throws a 2 yard pass instead of running. 2)Harbs is overrated. A terrible decision maker in clutch situations. I think his record since Ray's retirement is 26-27. (May want to double-check that) He's just not a great HC. 3) Our D is legit. But pass rush is garbage. 4) Trestman is obviously an idiot. He fails to see a good thing when it's right in his freaking face. Finally get our ground game going, but predictably he runs tons of pass plays, killing all momentum. 5) Our special teams, aside from Tucker, sucks. 6) Our team, as a whole, is just mediocre. If not for the D, we'd be 0-5. None of our 3 wins can be attributed to the offense; who, despite great field position, and D giving them chance after chance, could not even muster up 17 points against one the worst defenses in the league. 7) We lost back to back home games against average teams with terrible defenses. Enjoy another lame season, Ravens fans. If they don't turn it around, we may see a house cleaning at the end of the season.

The D gave the O plenty of chances, and the O pooped until the 4th. But it was too late. These repeated 3 and outs for entire first halves are killing this team. I must say, though, that the D is still super good.

The ball was dropped before the hit. Aiken didn't even give himself a chance.

Yep. Wright bit on the double move. But Lewis is there to backup Wright if the double move works...Lewis bit on it, too.

Flacco giveth, and Flacco taketh away

Aiken just had a chance to prove his case - he blew it. He dropped that ball before the hit even got there.

So did the safety - which defeats the purpose of his position.
