We should have designated times for people to draft, it works very well on another board on I'm on. For example: RMW (2:00) - Team A Baltimoreflacco (2:10) - Team B Truth (2:20) - Team C People would know when they're up, and if they can't make it they send their pick to someone after them. It goes by in 320 minutes instead of days! Just something to think about.
