Until they know the full extent of Camps injury it would be hard to speculate, but this will no doubt give more reps to the guys pushing for a roster spot....

Upshaw shouldn't be on that list as well, he played his role as a run stopping OLBer, and pulled on passing downs for Doom to step in...

Elam as a 1st rounder isn't going anywhere soon going into his 3rd year....

I think for the most part, players who don't get much playing time, and not in the rotation we use on both sides of the ball are playing for a job, every rookie class is a threat to players who are borderline....Will be tough decisions on the coaches....

I was rooting for DePriest, thought he had a shot, we are pretty thin at ILBer...

I think we are pretty set at Safety with Levine moving back, Brooks will start on Pup, and Elam and Perry as backups...If anything we resign Miles, since he is familiar with our system...JMO....

It will be a tough camp, for Carter and Camp with so much talent at the WR position with guys who are 6-2....It appears at least on paper we are going bigger at that position, or at least trying to....Let the best 6 or 7 WR win their jobs, i would hate to be the one making cuts...

So we got Mad Maxx in Maxx, Quadzilla in Meyers, and possibly Mighty Mouse in Carter....

For me, Mad Maxx, just can't go wrong with that name....

rmcjacket23 I agree, the organization isn't going to give up on a 1st round pick in his 3rd year, and if anything if he has a decent camp, he could be used in a trade to get something out of him...But i don't see Elam getting cut....or going anywhere this year...

I'm very interested to see how the rookies stack up against the vets......As far as speed, and technique...

Melvin did a great job for us, and the Pats had to pull every trick in the book to beat us....I expect Melvin to be so much better this year, with a full set of OTA's, and camp....He is my #4 CB going into it....

I hope we can keep KO, and Yanda, but KO is inline for a big payday, i just hope he is wanting to stay a Raven, and take what Oz can offer him, but we just lose stud players to teams who have the cap space to over pay....

Yanda has shown no signs of slowing down, he is still a beast, and i just think with him knowing this will be his last big contract he just wants to get his fair market value....He has been a true raven, having restructured once before to help with our cap in the past....He is the heart and soul of the O-line, Oz in this case, just pay the man....

Marlon is more than a redzone threat, with his size he is a chain mover especially in those 3rd and 5 situations where he can really use his size...

As far as Pitta is concerned, none of us really know the extent of his injury, and IMO it is really up to the doctors, if they clear him to play football, they are saying his hip has healed to the point where he can continue playing....But...Of course i'm sure they have made it clear that there are no guarantees that it will hold up, just because of the nature of the game...It will be Pitta's decision, and if he chooses to come back, he will have to prove, and earn a spot....

We had a nice corp prior to the draft WR wise, adding Perriman was the key, but then getting Waller, and the UDFA will really bring out the best out of the ones who make the cut....Not so sure Waller clears waiver if we try to sneak him through to the PS...Aside from Carter all the WR are at least 6-2, size appers to be the trend for us this year...

What impressed me the most about this organization was how they handled the RR situation, they always said from day one they would accept whatever the punishment the league handed down, and at the same time they didn't bail on RR as a person...To this day they are still very supportive of RR as a person, and still only wish the best for him and his family.....Most orgs don't want to waste the time or energy being supportive of a ex player.....

It's hard on a lot of these players, who came up with nothing to all of a sudden have the fame and fortune, something they have never had or experienced....There isn't a play book on how to behave, everywhere they go they get V.I.P treatment, and it eventually gets to their heads, and they end up acting like idiots...So i get why a lot of them get jammed up, look at RL52 and what happened to him, he was lucky enough to get the chance to change his ways....

I hate the rule change, because i'm old school, but i'm sure it will grow on me..... not like i have a choice....

Competition will bring the best out of everyone, may the best men win their jobs...

I think Means will be converted to a OLBer, he is only 6'3 260....

B Minus....well we will just B minus our way back to the dance, with the help of all the FA signings, amd draft picks making a big contribution....Once again we are hated, but we wear the villain image like champs....

If they drafted him, they must feel he can play, and we have done pretty good in the past with 5th round picks...
