  1. Flacco played like a rook, and Dak played like a veteran.....
  2. great win, when we knew this could be a trap game after a big win over Pit Sunday, and a short week.....Joe clean up the turn-overs in the rezone, easily 6 points from Tuck if you don't force the ball....
  3. Loving Lewis a lot as well....Love the nasty streak in him, and his desire to do better....
  4. it was nice to see Webb play a very solid game at safety, for the most part he was in position to make plays, and made some nice tackles, we need that...
  5. Joe is playing scared he feels pressure and panics and throws int's or bounces the ball to his receivers....The knee is on his mind, and he is playing like it....He has to get over it quickly or expect the same the rest of the year.....
  6. Joe is playing scared, you see as soon as he feels the pressure he panics, he used to stand tall in the pocket...The knee is on his mind even though he won;t admit it.....
  7. Once again on 3rd an 6 or 7 we throw a 5 yard pass, we have to call plays where Flacco throws past the first down marker....Very frustrating to see it week after week, especially the 3rd and 4's and we pass a 3 yard route....Come on man......
  8. we might have a shot at keeping him, seeing we do having aging vets with big annual contracts we can unload....Doom, yes i said it with the play of Judon, and potential of Correa could make him expendable, Webb is probably done next year.....NT is the key in a 3-4 and i think he is worth going down the road we went with Ngata in his prime....JMO.....
  9. Maybe time to also move Urschel to Center, Zuttah has been abused lately, and caused Flacco on a few occasion to trip on his feet, and get sacked from bull rushes up the middle.....JMO...
  10. Steal of the draft, loved him when we drafted him, and i had him, Henry and Dixon being impact players, yet so far Judon has been the only one to stick out....Dixon has a half a season to show his stuff, and the D-Line is so deep Henry can't get PT.....On props for Pierce being a consistent DT....
  11. we are lucky Pit lost, a 2 game lead in the division is a tough task to overcome, so yes, Sunday is a must win for us......
  12. when the back-up O-Line stink you will get a lot of holding calls, because they are doing everything possible to keep Flacco clean....having said that, Fllacco complete more deep passes, than he has with the starters....Just saying....
  13. Wr's made plays, got the ball downfield, West is continuing to prove he is the #1,,,,,I'm just so curious when Pees will take the leash off the dogs, and allow them have a jail break blitz....Tires of seeing other teams do it to us....
  14. Joe still is throwing a lot of his passes flat footed, another reason why some of his passes are skipping off the ground, once his knee continues to get stronger, he can once again really step into his throws.....
  15. Firing also can rejuvenate players, it can make players have more confidence, as i know they were very frustrated coming up on so many 3rd down plays where the passes were 3 yards short of the sticks, and i do think the blocking schemes will have subtle changes.....Also think if Stanley is out, that Lewis LT, Urschel LG, Zuttah Center, Ducasse RG, and Yanda RT would be pretty solid....More zone blocking schemes, and just break out Kubiaks entire playbook including blocking schemes and use it.....
  16. I still don't don't think Trestman would be around even if we won, as the offense has been awful over the first 5 weeks, and everyone knew it....Barley winning games, getting away from the run game, calling pass plays that are 4 yards short of the first down was wearing on Harbs, and of course us fans......And again, they always showed Joe after a series basically always sitting by himself with the tablet, so no interaction with Trestman on making in game adjustments....JMO
  17. Not really sure it takes a rocket scientist, but West is running like a starting running back, and Harbs saying he likes how the others are running is somewhat of a joke....Obviously you could tell Dixon was very hesitant, and not trusting that knee, as he really made no cuts like he did in camp, hopefully it is just rust, but he looked very rusty....But West cut backs have been great, he explodes through the holes, he just needs to be named the starting work horse RB....Back to back solid games.....
  18. They sure did, but i would take Yanda at RT over Long....
  19. Personally Yanda was a beast at RT, and filling in a RG is easier to do during the season....The bookends have to be solid with todays outside pass rushers....Love this move, and love we brought him back, he has solid experience.....JMO.....
  20. First off, Harbs and Flacco both have one of the best winning marks since 2008, best road playoff record...As fans we expect way to much, considering the asst coaches who leave for HC jobs or OC, or DC positions. This doesn;t fall on Harbs, the fact they win more than they lose says a lot about the coaching staff turn-over.....The 5-11 season due to 21 players placed on IR kind of makes that 26-27 record what it is.....The job of the HC is to make changes when they have to be made, this needed done, so he did his part. So lets see how things turn out, and i still say they just need to break out Kubiaks play book and blocking schemes and use it.....
  21. I'm more than fine with Yanda at RT, find a legit RG, easier to find than a solid RT at this stage of the season.....
  22. Its not like Marty Mornhinweg hasn't been around, this is his chance to have a shot at being a solid OC, and i think he has the luxury to see what not to do, and that is alienate your QB....you have to be on the same page, and communicate during the game, for in game adjustments, not half time adjustments....
  23. Any good OC will sit and talk with his QB after a series to make adjustments, like Kubiak did, Flacco was always seen sitting on the bench by himself with his tablet, zero chemistry between the two, and it showed.....the move was written all over the wall.....The two obviously weren't on the same page, and when it comes down to your franchise QB and a OC, the franchise QB is going to be the one sticking around.....
