Priority for me is a proven ILBer, losing Orr was a kick in the gut, he really showed he was a starting ILBer in this league.....With SSS gone, bring back Aiken, he has that toughness, and has no fear on crossing routes....Kick Lewisd out to RT, move Urshel to LG, And land Mangold to center...

We all know the key to a 3-4 is the NT, gotta get him signed.....Just give him a big signing bonus, and a average salary, as we all know today's players are about the guaranteed money which is in the form of a signing bonus spread out through the contract....we do have aging players who will be gone in a few years , so should make it doable IMO....

Draft to properly groom, pick up a proven vet MLBer....And hopefully draft a CB who doesn't get injured all the time....

Those are beastly numbers, most guys would be tentative, he balled hard all year, and his numbers are top 3 among TE's, that's a heck of a comeback....He was never known for his blocking, he has been Flacco's security blanket, and once again he bailed Flacco out many times.....Had Flacco been more accurate with some of his throws his numbers would be even better....Now we have to find a way to talk SSS to play another year.....

Just a beast.....Like Suggs both can play at a high level with serious injuries...That's why they are Ravens for life....

Find a way to have him play 1 more year, he can obviously still play......

To be fair to Harbs, the OC's have left for HC jobs, Flacco has had how many OC's??? Coaches are like un-restricted free agents, they will go for the money or promotion. Can't argue Harbs track recrod, no way we allow him to go anywhere....Regardless of the talent we had due to free agency every team he put on the field competed, and we basically have been in every game we have lost......Lets not drink the kool-aid and even think there is a better coach out there....Would love if Rex came back, we need some real swagger on the defense.....Pees has done great until he goes prevent in the 4th when we have the lead only to lose games...Sorry, not how your defense starts, its how it finishes games....

This is a proud organization, because we are out of the playoffs, the culture is to go out to win every game you play,. we are not the Browns.....Finish strong, and go into the off-season knowing you had a winning record....People need to realize this was not a failure of a season, we weren't supposed to be in it in December with the turn-over in players we had, great season and this years rookie class will be so much better next year......

well lets use our first 4 picks on CB's.....Young is one starter, J,Smith can't stay healthy and our backups are you know what......

no problem with being aggressive, Flacco just knows better, throw it in the bleachers if you have too.....We are our worst enemy right now, every game we have been in, but some bad play calling or blown coverage have lost games we could have won....Regardless we are still in it in December, and next week is our SB, we have to win, or we are done....

Henry is far from being a bust, if you look at our D-Line rotation, there just wasn't a spot, and the D-Line has been healthy for most of the season...B-Will, Pierce, Guy,Jerrigan,Urban....Had to put Carl Davis on IR with Henry, and KLM....If B-Will goes for the money next year, he will compete for a spot with Carl Davis....And who knows if we get another UDFA Gem like Pierce....

A lot of offense will keep Brady on the sidelines, and a stout defense that won't allow Brady to get into a rhythm, we need 3 and outs..

Big difference is when we did get penalties and got into 1 and 20, we converted first downs out of them...Prior games we tried to dink and dunk those yards, but when you have the weapons in Wallace,Perriman, Aiken, Smith, and Pitta you have the ability to get big chunk yards....And Perriman's speed was on display on his 59 yard scamper....With Wallace, and him on the field at the same time, DB's better be wearing their track shoes.....Loved seeing the ball go further than 6 yard completions.....Flacco is at his best in the hurry up offense, when he gets in a rhythm, and has protection he can sling it with the best of them.....JMO....

So happy we got he Old Mike Wallace, the man still can burn up and down the field.....He is quietly getting close to 1000 yards....

Pretty simple, win 1 more game than Pit or sweep them and even ending up with the same record we win the tie breaker.....

This is really his rook season, and some of the catches he made were insane, and having been a supporter of him, i'm glad he is making plays, and i think he will be so much better next year....What will make him a great player is he stays humble, and focuses more on the drops, than the spectacular catches....Next year after SSS retires he will get more reps, and being worked into the line-up like he has this year will pay off....JMO.....

I just love the Yanda move to LG, it brings stability to that side of the line, and is a great help for Stanley, it's these subtle moves that don't get a ton of press that have really worked out for us......3 weeks with the same line, and i expect to see continued improvement in the run blocking and pass protection.....very exciting time for this team IMO.....

The way some have commented it seems we should just quit now......This is ridiculous we are 6-5 atop our division with 5 games to go....This is what we should want coming down the stretch, we are facing 3 or 4 playoff or potential playoff teams, better to find out now if we are playoff worthy....And the best thing is we are going to face our toughest stretch, when our rookies are rookies no more, and the team getting healthy in certain positions......Embrace the challenge and back our team.....Our do some prefer we be the Browns and to have been out of the playoff hunt 5 weeks ago,,,,ha ha ha....Atleast we have something to play for going into December...

What i love about our team, is we fear no one, we haven;t been blown out by any teams this year, have been in every game, and could have realistically won a few of the ones we lost....We will have the same O-Line for the 3rd straight game, the defense has been beastly, just have to stop Pees with the prevent when we have the lead, and we would look better.....Harbs if anything else is a great motivator, this team believes it can when every game, and they play like it for the most part...Lets not forget how young this team is, and the huge changes we made to key positions this year, and after all of that, we do control our own destiny leading the North.....

SSS, and Vonte have reputations, but of course the refs pick on the little guy.....:)

Just be happy we aren't the Browns.....Seriously, a winning tradition and attitude goes a long way in this league, and we have been a pretty consistent franchise....

We started the season with 2 rookies manning the left side of the O-Line, and now we have Yanda playing LG, i think the job the O-Line has done has been vastly under-rated......We have been in every game, and now that the O-Line is someone stable i do expect better things...Although the defense has always been the face of this team, and they are playing great ball considering Orr is a first year starting ILBer, Rookies Judon, and Pierce are getting a lot of reps....I think it has always been about staying in the race late in the season with so many Key changes on both sides of the ball, and peak at the end....And that is where we are, first in the north with 5 games to go, remember everyone said 7-9 team no playoffs, yet here we are in it, and we actually control our own destiny...I will take it......

2 Team race in the AFCN, it comes down to who wants it more, and who can execute plays....Have always said, just make the dance to give us a chance, and the opportunity is there for us.....
