Like I said somewhere else on this forum, I'll spend the remainder of this season focusing all my energy on rooting against NE. They simply must not repeat, I'd take ANY team over them (Steelers and Bengals included)!

Such a shame that a team led by a top 3 head coach in John Harbaugh would have this problem.

We're approaching an offseason where a lot of tough questions have to be answered along with tough decisions having to be made.

I think we have to take in consideration that firing Pees doesn't mean everything will get better. There's high chance that everything will get worst and it's not like The Ravens have bunch of positon coaches that have alot of defensive coordinator experience. It was major risk when they fired Cam but honestly firing Pees only assures pleasure to Ravens fans more so to winning games.

Firing him gives us a chance to see what any promotion from within can do BEFORE the run on coaches that occurs each end of season. We will then be ready to make a move if necessary. Firing him shows that the FO is not actually clueless as well. It can't get any worse.

I doubt Harbaugh mindset is beyound this season at the moment. To toy with coordinators just to see what you have isn't always a good idea. If The Ravens fired Pees now or after this season i doubt any potential coordinator wouldn't want to be apart of organization.The Ravens have strong track record when it comes to defensive coordinators getting jobs else where as a head coaches and etc.

Unless we are trying to convince Jim Schwartz to come here, I don't see why it takes this long to say "Your Fired".

Jim Schwartz is not coming here unless he's going to be defensive consultant. No body hires a defensive coordinator during the regular season . I don't think Dean Pees will be fired today either

I am not sold on the Bengals. Chiefs had their opportunities. Chargers brought the Browns down to join us. Pitt takes another loss and we can manage a win - they'll join us too.

Wasn't that the issue in 2012? Cam and Harbs were buddies and it took Steve to step in to fire him. Wonder if Harbs and Pees are buddies and it will take Steve stepping in again to make the call to fire Pees

I have read that Harbs & Pees are buddies but I can't say that for certain. That could just be people talking. He needs to go at this point. It is past time.
